Lee Ryan, Duncan James, Antony Costa, and Simon Webbe are the members of "Blue". However, according to Wiki, none of them are dating anyone. Hell, one of them is rumored to be Bi.
If it were wife and not girlfriend, I'd say Jack White. His wife is a British model and on the recent album, there was a song that included the line "turn me blue" (as part of another line.
How about Nick Lachey? He has a song called Shades of Blue from his latest album. I dunno. Just throwing that out there. No clue who the model is, though.
I'm guessing Pete Doherty and Kate Moss. I don't know who Pete is dating currently, if anyone, but it seems to fit the bill. Kate is very notorious lately.
After a bit of research (very sad) I think this is about Simon Webb from the boy band Blue, he was and maybe still is dating an Italian supermodel. Also he's done some presenting on fashion shows. I'm not sure who the notorious male model is though.
