Barbara Walters must have eaten her Wheaties yesterday morning because she finally asked a question, and it even had some snark. Of course it could be simply because she had woken from a nap during the show and didn't hear what everyone else had already asked.
Whatever the case, yesterday on The View, Barbara Walters asked Kim Kardashian why she was famous. The proper response would have been "because I made a sex tape with the brother of someone who used to be famous, and because I will act like a bigger slut than the rest of my celebutard competition." Of course she couldn't come right and say she was a ho, because her step dad Bruce Jenner was sitting right there with his glued on face.
Take a look at the clip yourself. Maybe Barbara is finally starting to grow a pair. I know, I know. Probably not. She just probably realized they really didn't have anything they could offer her, or doesn't like Kim's mother, and so she decided to ask real questions.
I was so proud of Babs for acting like journalist and asking the tough questions. It's so funny to watch Elizabeth try to change the subject.

I doubt she'd if Sarah Larson was being interviewed she'd ask: "were you a high-priced escort before you met Clooney?"
littleoleme, she said she has two stores - one was called Dash and I can't recall the name of the second. She said she does some other things (can't recall what) and added it's about fashion.

Not a fan of Hodashian myself, but that was pointless and tactless. And on top of that it's the fucking VIEW! Old ass heiffa can't even ask the "hard" questions in her serious interviews, how is she gonna try to get all serious on this fluffy morning show.
ReplyDeleteHere's a thought, Barbara: She's not famous because she made a sex tape, she's famous because people are indulging her and making a big deal out of it and people like YOU actually invite her on their shows in the first place to promote....whatever she's got to promote. If you have such an issue with her 'fame' then don't bring her one there in the first place! Don't feed the very thing you supposedly despise. Ugh. I hate hypocrites. And old hags. And hypocritical old hags.
Littleoleme - if you mean her answer to the sex tape question, she said it's out there and she tries to not dwell on it because there's nothing she can do about it. Jenner piped up with, "Yes, she tried to sue, but with the internet it's hard to keep people from seeing things like this."

Yeah...it's out there, nothing you can do about it. So what's the logical thing to do? Pose for playboy...let it all hang out so if there were people who didn't see you naked in the tape, they can now see your crotch hanging out in print.

I'm not a fan of hers, but seriously, she didn't just show up and demand to be interviewed. That said, it seemed kind of pre-rehearsed, like Barbara was all, "everyone wants me to ask you this sweetie, of course I adore you, but here's your chance to defend yourself."

The View makes me feel uncomfortable about America. Come to think of it, so do the Kardashians.
