Ahh guys. We just can't seem to be happy with what we already have and these two guys definitely prove that rule.
#1 - This B list film star who most of you think is gorgeous, and who has really made a move up in the world as of late is engaged to someone who considers herself an actress. It makes me laugh, but she says she is. Unfortunately for her, her affianced seems to be searching for someone else. While working recently he met a woman and exchanged phone numbers. Nothing wrong with that, but how about the invitation to fly her to LA and stay at his place. Presumably his significant other would be off "acting."
#2 - Another engaged guy and another sticky situation. This guy is C list but you are all familiar with his work. Starring in a Golden Globe nominated television show he is engaged to an actress who stars in a network drama that has won a Golden Globe. While out with his affianced at dinner, he spotted a woman heading to the bathroom, and attempted to get her phone number. When asked about the woman he was with, our actor said she was just a friend. Nice.

ReplyDeleteIf you google "engaged actor", the first couple that comes up is, of course, Scarlett and Ryan. He is good looking but she is considered a pretty good actress isn't she? The other couple that comes up is Jared Padalecki and some "dancer/ actress" chick. But I can't really see how he has 'moved up in thr world'...or is B list for that matter. Or does much film. Hmmm. If the rumours are true, how about Owen Wilson? Ent doesn't seem to like Kate Hudson much...

She's identified as his "fiancee" and she's identified as an "actress" even though IMDB has nothing but production assistant credits for her, and there's been no "official" engagement announcement....

#3 - So why would you leave a hit show and a great part? Well if you ask this actress/model with a unique role on that hit show, she will give you a completely different reason than the producers. She will say to explore new opportunities. The producers will say that someone in a supporting role shouldn't be the diva who thinks the show revolves around her and when she can fit work into her schedule.

I thought Clooney fit #1 as well, accept he is absolute A List, no doubt about it, with the Oceans franchise and his director/producer multi-credits.

Clooney's not engaged. Yet. He obviously loves that chick, though, and I honestly don't want to begrudge her that. She's very...smiley. I'm sure she's a nice gal. BUT, I kinda think that he's just gonna milk that whole Cary Grantesque, Italian Villa-owning, Permabachelor thing until he's dead.
