This is probably a footballer, as they are thick enough to think they can get away with stuff like this. The 'lankiest' footballer is Peter Crouch (6'6") but I dont think he's married. Two others who just married, Lampard and Robbie Keane, are normal height.
ok so here's a real strech... what about Sienna Miller and Rhys Ifans. He's a celebrity in England and definitively lanky. Ok so they never announced an engagement or marriage but who says they could have gone the secret city hall way... and the blind item didn't say if they went through with the marriage...
