Daily Mirror Blind Item Part 2

Which down on his luck celebrity chef was so desperate for cash, he recently started flashing his portion as a porn film extra, earning £300 a day?

  1. I don't get it, isn't being in a porno most men's dream, rather than a "desperate" measure?

  3. Doesn't Jamie Oliver still have a show on Food Network?

The Dinner Impossible guy sounds more like it since he got fired after lying about making the royal wedding cake (or something like that).

  4. I have no clue who the celeb is but..do the brits really call a man's dick his "portion"?? That's pretty funny. And 300 pounds a day ($600 US) ain't a bad living. And since he's only showing his "portion" that means he's just getting those POV bj's. That's not desperate to me - that sounds like fun!

  6. The Dinner Impossible guy is a terrific guess! A real shame he got canned because I liked his show.

Like how many freaking Hollywood types haven't lied to get a job, for chrissakes.

The Food Network has so many primadonnas it's not even funny. One of the other "stars" probably demanded he get fired.

All that aside, I'd take a "portion" from some 'em--Alton, The Chairman and Flay for starters...

  7. Yeah, I forgot to add - if they're paying extras to flash some goods for ~ $600 a day...sign me the hell up!

  8. Emeril isn't on Food Network anymore, and he's property of Martha Stewart these days, so he's probably only serving up portions to Martha... but still, I would like to believe that it is Emeril.

  9. Jamie Oliver is still extremely successful. He was just recently on Oprah's show and did her Big Give (which, happily, was a Big Failure) too.

Do any of these British TV chefs look to be "down and out"?

I wouldn't mind seeing the Dinner:Impossible guy's unit. Dude was built. And if they're paying him $600 for it, it ain't a tiny thing. That's a lot of money in the amateur porn world. (check out any of the amateur guy sites out there, most of 'em do crazy things for less than $500.) Not that I know anything about male internet porn. Nope. nothin.

  15. Damn, y'all crack me up!

I'm with you dnfrommn--he did look built.

Even tho' I'm a woman, I watches me some gay male porn every now and then, too!

Jamie's food always makes me droooooollllll...I love that big brick outdoor oven thing he uses.

  17. Jamie is quite the rockstar chef. He was at Food & Wine Fest here, and I have to admit. I swooned. I did. But he was selling books by the truckload, so I'm gonna guess it ain't him.

Who's the dude with the frosted spiky hair who does the "Drive-Thrus, Diners and Dives" show? Guy Something Fiero? OK Googled it: Guy Fieri. That's my guess.

  18. And for the record, I'm betting it's guy-on-guy porn....

  19. Jamie Oliver is worth 40 million pounds. (USD 80 million)

  20. The Dinner:Impossible guy is pretty much broke. He was supposed to be opening side-by-side fine dining restaurants in St. Pete, but after the building sat empty and only partly renovated for several years, the St. Pete Times went digging and discovered that he didn't have that much money, but had conned a bunch of people all over town with his stories about being some sort of knight, and the wedding cake story, and convinced people to put up money to buy the space. The St. Pete Times is the one that broke the story that he was a phony, and it never would have come out if not for his money troubles.

I'm going with him as the answer.

  21. Emeril is most certainly still on the Food Network, I can never turn the channel fast enough. I can't imagine his "portions" looking all that inviting anyway. (can you tell I'm not a fan?) I'm on board with the Dinner Impossible guy

  22. emeril is part owner of food network.
i read the article about the dinner impossible's robert irvine, i liked his show, but he lied about many, many things, even going so far as to have a suit of armor made or some ridiculous shit like that. food network has even gone so far as to delete any recipes of his!!
    it has to be him.
he even admitted to the lies, and apologized, IIRC. it all came across to me like more of a psychological thing. i understand completely food network's decision, but i did like his show, much more that a lot of them.

now if i could just get more robert bourdain!
