I feel it. I can see where this is headed and I am so ready. I need a little drama from Nicole Richie. I have some money riding on this and think that given just enough rope she can get arrested or go to rehab or just do something really fun. I don't want her to do anything destructive, I just need some drama from her.
So, lets go back about 18 months. You know she had the arrest and the was really messed up and then she got pregnant. She was great during the pregnancy, but you can see that she is starting to go out more now. Over the weekend she got into a fight for no good reason with another woman at the valet stand. I will say that she did go home at 2am which is not bad. Maybe she was pissed that Joel made her go home at 2am while Parasite and the other brother got to stay and party. Anyway, Nicole and some other woman were arguing about who had the uglier hair extensions and then next thing you know Nicole was being shown the door at the Hard Rock. Do you know what it takes to get kicked out of a hotel where your baby daddy just got done playing a gig? That is classic, and I can see more coming.
If Joel goes out of town and Nicole can find a sitter than I see one hell of a night and I can win that bet.
Oh I hope not. She's been looking healthy and happy lately.

I like Nicole and doubt she tried to hold on to her man by pretending to love her new baby...Mom's need to get out now and then and her time out is well deserved.

ReplyDeleteWhen you have a baby fairly young, and you're a wild child on top of that... you try to change your life for the better but, you are not going to turn into Mother Teresa. What is most likely to happen, though, is when you do have a night out and decide to let loose you're going to drink more than you usually would and act out. It's like being good for so long and doing what's "right" is exhausting work and when you have the chance to party, it's gonna be crazy. You're letting out all your craziness you have had to hold in for awhile. I mean, I am not a therapist or anything but, I was a young mom who had to grow up fast. Better to just give up the club scene but, she's still young. As long a it's only happening every once in awhile and not every night she should be fine.. surely..
ReplyDelete^^^^ what Mellisa said... ENT give the girl a break, even mom's go out once in a while and let loose, they do deserve that. Just because you've become a mother doesn't mean you lose yourself. So far this is the 2nd or 3rd time she's been out at night/club in 18 months... the only other times she's out during the day with her child etc... she's been doing fine, and getting into a fight is not something new is it? people get into fights.....

I think NR is doing well, and has done so far so well good on her... her kid looks happy and healthy and so does NR.... give her a break.... don't expect her to be a saint when she wasn't that at the beginning and doesn't pretend to be a saint at all.... all that's changed is that she's now a mother, a young one at that...just like any other mother they do go out once in a while and its ok.
I like Nicole too. Hopefully it was just a blip, maybe even got blown out of proportion because the media are waiting for her to fall.

ReplyDeleteI like her clean or dirty - I love my Nicole Richie. The only way I do NOT like her is anorexic/on opiates. She starts looking like an old turtle, it's weird.
Oh, the old bottle of water trick that Lindsey and Britney perfected so well! LOL. I know her hubby was with her at that party but I'm not sure Joel is the best influence for her. After all he first fell in love with the Hard-Partying Nicole. I'm rooting for her too, but it does not look great for a recovering addict to be in these situations!
ReplyDeleteSorry Nicole seems to be a DRAMA QUEEN. I knew she couldn't stay straight much longer. I figure anyone that could stick by Paris for as long as she did, has to be a little off in the head. If Joel asked her to leave, she must have been up to her OLD TRICKS. Hope the hell she wasn't waiting for her car, so she could drive drunk again.
