How about the married B- list film actor from a hit network television show who does so much meth that I'm surprised he can still stand, let alone learn his lines. Oh, and I wouldn't worry too much about the hooker that he sleeps with every night and is also his dealer. I'm sure she and the wife and child(ren) will get along famously once it all comes out.

The Yankee pitcher may or may not be repped by the same agent who reps the metch freak. and possibly the model? Current Yankee pitchers are Joba Chamberlain, Mariano Rivera, Andy Pettite, Mike Mussina, etc.
The meth freak is an actor who's done films but is currently on a hit network show.

If the first paragraph was supposed to be a clue it's not working...it's confusing. However, the only Yankee getting attention these days is A-Rod. But she who is tall is not Madonna. According to IMDB she is only 5'4".

Abbadon - A network is a non-cable broadcast entity that is affiliated with television station groups and provides primetime programming for those tv stations. Each station schedules their own dayparts and most of the stations have their own news team (which is where they make their money), but the stations are required by affiliation agreements to run the network's prime time shows. ABC, CBS and NBC were the original networks in the US. FOX is the 4th network, UPN and WB each launched on the same day making them tied for the 5th network but were in total 6 networks. UPN and WB merged and formed the CW which is (for now) the 5th network. There's more 'broadcast' hooha - i.e wattage, power and that you don't need cable to pick up a network, but that could apply to any rogue station...sorry, stopping now. Networks are as of this typing ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and the CW. I'm borderline on MyNetworkTv as it doesn't fit the classic 'primetime' explanation.

ReplyDeleteBut I just didn't "get" a direct Yankee connection via the blind item, just an implied connection to the blind subject via a Manager/Publisher/Stylist who also services someone "tall" (either Hilton Sis, Holmes, Kidman, Williams Sisters -- to name but a few.)
It isn't specific except to say "they worry constantly about the Yankee connection."
But for me, Rob Lowe was the first to come to mind based on the rest of the blind:
* He's done several hit network shows (West Wing & Brothers & Sisters)
* starred in several movies - most well-known being the breakfast club or St. Elmo's Fire
* Is currently involved in multiple lawsuits filed by him/wifey & filed by past employees
* Other blogs (for shame! I didn't READ them - I just HEARD about them) have published some details that imply more juicy, "once it all comes out," details are likely to be imminent.

Ent must have thought he was a pitcher, when he's not... the fact it used to say pitcher indicates that it's definitely Yankee in the baseball player sense) and focus on this other client of yours instead... the B-list blah, blah, blah. ReplyDeleteJust to play DA, Bruce/Ash/Demi etc. may all get along but I don't see Demi being down with meth and hookers. She seems pretty open minded but I am not sure if she is THAT open minded.
Regarding the clues in the blind - do you guys think it matters that Demi and Ashton don't have any bio kids together? The blind does not explicitly state they are the B- actor's kids but it makes me wonder.
Since Ent original put Yankee pitcher, I think it's safe to assume that the Yankee is a NY baseball Yankee. Since he removed the word pitcher, Ent probably had been mistaken about which position that the person played. I don't think Ent is a huge sports fan, so I think it was probably just an innocent mistake. If he had replaced pitcher with 3rd baseman, then the blind would have gotten into lawsuit territory, so he just left it out altogether. But definitely a baseball player from the Yankees.
