The wording is interesting. "Celeb" and "co-star" with "tour." My first thought was Alfie Allen on his Equus tour.
Another strong possibility would be someone from X Factor. They do a tour at the close of every season (like American Idol), and the term co-star would apply (in that contestants from that show become celebrities for 15 minutes). I haven't watched the last few seasons, so I can't guess who, but X Factor is a good place to look!
