Chris Brown / Rihanna Update

It seems as if you have ever served Chris Brown a hamburger in the past year, some news organization is going to find you and ask whether or not he beat you before you got back your change. So far, news media have interviewed his former teachers, all of his family members, his former family members, his stylist, employees of the casino where he is holed up burning through what is left of the cash that will need to sustain him the rest of his life, and also interviewed Terrence Howard who later had to retract what he said because it made him seem like an insensitive jerk. He is of course, but didn't want the world to know it so blatantly.

As far as any actual news, it seems that Chris Brown's people were trying to fire back as best they could. They made public Chris Brown's private Facebook page and said that Chris would talk about Rihanna's true colors. They also threw out the STD story again and I think they will keep throwing that one out there because it is the only one they think doesn't show them as the complete a-holes they are. They probably don't realize that by spreading that story they really seem even more like a-holes. Also, since the District Attorney's office wants the police to investigate further, they will probably want to interview Chris and Rihanna again before sending the report back to the DA and the DA deciding what, if any charges to file against Brown.

  1. The good news is, no matter what happens, Crhis Brown is SO screwed career wise.

    He's the next Ike Turner.

  3. I just read he changed his Facebook status to Single. Seriously? That's what you're doing right now?

  4. I'm fascinated by this story. I don't know why though, I mean, it is no different from anything I can read in my local paper.

It's sad since they are so young and have/had so much potential.

  5. Classy man, that Chris Brown and wow, there are some eejit people employed by him.

  6. I don't believe that Jay Z said Chris is a dead man. That would be stupid because if anything happened to Chris Jay Z would be held accountable.

This I'm sure is just a rumor.

  7. like anything they could say about Rhianna could justify the fuckin beat down he gave her.

how stupid does his people think we are?

TMZ was saying in her police report she told the cops that this was not the first time but an escalating abusive relationship.

  8. How many beat'm ups happen ALL the time in celeb relationships but handlers, publicists, agents, entertainment lawyers(!) etc are there to run interference so the
    cops are never involved.
Can't go to a hospital? No problem, we'll send a doc to your place-for a price.
That this happened on a public street and everyone has a cellphone now is what sunk Chris Brown.
    Still no pity for him.

  9. Enty I like the post that you wrote today much better than any that you've written in the past about this story.

By the way E online wrote a decent article today in response to the question of whether or not Chris' career is over. I think it explains pretty well the spin that celebrities put on their allegations. However after reading that article I feel justified in my suspicions toward any celebrity who expresses sadness or remorse in public. I don't care if they are a victim or the accused.

They all play the sympathy card to get your money.

  10. why doesn't he just man up and then seek help? this blame game is just making it worse.

and are all celebs with the last name of brown fucking wife beaters?

  11. I cannot stand Terrence Howard.
"Chris is a great guy. He'll be all right. And Rihanna knows he loves her. She'll be all right. Just everybody's got to get out of their way."
He's since retracted that statement, saying he wasn't aware of what was going on.

  12. I wonder what in the hell did Terrence think was going on when he made that statement?

  13. I think the fact that it happened on a public street with witnesses was a good thing for Rihanna. She probably would have gone back with him and it would just keep happening and no one would ever know. This time she was forced to take a look at what he has been doing to her, if in fact he has abused her in the past. I don't think Chris's 'people' are doing him any favors by giving statements.I have already seen where some of them have been retracted.

  14. I don't follow either of their careers. So I didn't know about Chris Brown's childhood, seeing his mom abused. This is the real world, folks. Celebs are a part of it. Very sad. I hope he gets help.

  15. Amster today there is a comment stating that Rihanna admitted it's happened before.

Also as I mentioned Eonline addresses the fact that Chris' people have not done him any good by keeping quiet. Maybe for an abuser it's a good thing that he's not getting the proper damage control so that he really learns a lesson.

  16. Chris Brown's life sucks now. All his quotes and interviews about anti-abuse came back to bit him where it should. So sick. I really hope Rihanna is done with him-I would like to think that people in her life won't let him crawl into her life.

And yeah--Jay Z must be fumin'

Terrence was a jerk for saying what he said. When I first saw that at Bossip I thought to myself what is wrong with this idiot. Now he is using a lame excuse to get out of it, but I think it's too late hehehe. Also if he didn't know what was going on why open his big mouth.

Regarding CB if he is using his people to get him out of this they should be honest about it and not be an asshole and be bad mouthing the girl. Just shows you what a whimp this guy is.

  18. Chris Brown is a jerk - yes. And an asshole and all those things. But he is NO Ike Turner. Ike Turner, although a crazy, abusive cokehead, had talent. This assclown has nothing but a famous girlfrend and some chewing gum commercial.

  19. This fuckstick is screwed no matter what. Career over and done. His people are going to be roasting right beside him in hell for their fuckery too. I hope JayZ stomps his ass personally. Don't kill him but beat his ass to make him wish he was dead.

  20. I don't care what publicists say; it's all spin, an illusion, so it doesn't count. I'll wait for legit news reports about what happens in court.

  21. There's no smoke without a fire...an oldie, but always bloody true with H-town. If CB really is a woman-beater, I'm amazed- I so liked believing him a little teddy bear, all cute with Barbados Barbie Rhi. I'd also be surprised if she put up with a previous 'incident'. Either way, the spin definately benefits her more, but still...wasn't her last album all 'independent woman-lite'? The victim role doesn't play so well. Maybe a little too adult for many of her young fans?

All we need is the Miley Cyrus sex/drug tape, and all hell will break loose in tween blog world

  22. So they came up with the herp story?

    ReplyDelete
  23. That's were it came from?

  24. Ugh.. this story just gets more and more disturbing.

He is in .. I assume .. Vegas when he should be getting help due to this .. and I guess other .. incidents involving violence. But nope .. he is off with his yes men, no doubt hearing repeatedly Rihanna is a bitch or whatever other more vulgar term you wish to imagine. And these same yes men are pushing out stories to sully her - as if that is even remotely an excuse to act violently against someone.

I don't know if his career is done or not. I guess I am still more concerned with them in terms of their personal lives and emotional well being long term. She needs to realize she needn't be a victim - ever. He needs to address whatever issues are pushing him to act out violently. After that is addressed .. then I guess career would be the next concern. But these two young people do not need to grow into the next Ike and Tina or worse - OJ and Nicole.

  25. he better watch out she has diplomatic ammunity.... bang!

oops, i was just cleaning that...

  26. The more negative news his people is trying to spread about Rihanna, it only makes them look worse.
What, likes she deserved it!? I don't care how evil she may be, she doesn't deserve a beat down.
    Shut up, Chris Brown's people!!

  27. If I remember correctly, she's 20, he's 19. All I can think to say is, "children, go play in the other room until the grownups call you."
