Today's Blind Items
I guess this actress is C list now Still B+ name recognition. Wow, she has dropped a long way very quickly. She used to be B+ and headed to A before all the drug problems. Apparently they are not getting any better. Our actress who always does film was headed into a club this past week with her husband. As she was trying to get in, someone must have bumped her or pushed her, but whatever it was, it caused the meth pipe of our actress to fall to the ground and shatter. At that point, our actress began screaming and crying at the same time before grabbing her husband by the arm and dragging him back to the car. I guess clubbing is no fun without the pipe.

Britany Murphy was the first to pop in me head too. "she has dropped a long way very quickly" makes me think of her weight wasn't she fat? these days she's looking very very thin.

ReplyDeleteThis leads me to believe this is someone we KNOW has had drug problems. So I think that eliminates Jennifer Connelly.
All you Britney Murphy guessers just need to STOP. Stop stop stop. She's been the the voice of Luanne on "King of the Hill since it's inception. IE - she's got plenty of tv under her belt, she's a series regular, even if in voice only.

ReplyDeleteEnty recently commented in a picture post about how Jennifer Connelly is, like, 80 pounds now. I don't know about you, but most adults who are that thin whom I've encountered tend to have a serious drug problem behind it.

ReplyDeleteShe usually had 5 lines per episode in the last season. Mike Judge has been kind enough to keep her employed (til now, since it's been canceled), IMO, but somebody should have intervened on her ass long ago!
As for the blind, I say Jennifer Connelly. Have you seen how thin she is lately? I mean, she was too lean before, but she suddenly got disgusting:

She's the 4th pic in, and then in a later pic, you can see her stick-legs. It's really bad....If she's not on drugs, she's got some other problem.
I didn't know that doing voice overs automatically puts you in the "done t.v." category. I thought you had to be seen on t.v. in order to say you've done t.v. oh well. I got nothing. Still she was pretty big in the height of her career.

ReplyDeleteStiffkittens, you never know about JC being "c-list" right now. After all, it's only his opinion, and can be colored by how he may be feeling today. I mean, she has name recognition, but she doesn't make a lot of money, comparatively.
JC has some kind of problem, c-list or not.
(I would guess Mira Sorvino, but her drop was slower, and a while ago.)

ReplyDeleteMy legs are the same size as hers; do I need to worry about people whispering behind my back that I have a drug problem? My skin is clear and my hair is shiny, too; what's my secret? I don't have makeup and hair people doing my makeup and hair, but I sure as hell don't do drugs.
(I've talked to her in person, though, and she's breathtakingly beautiful. And I do mean "breathtakingly." I could barely squeeze out what I wanted to say.)
I like the guess because meth usually means dramatic weight loss, and thus she would make sense. She may be doing drugs (though i want to think its just starvation), but i doubt this blind is about her.
ReplyDeleteFrom Enty's own system, Jennifer Connelly can't ever be lower than B List due to winning an oscar (2001/2002ish for A Beautiful Mind). She has had steady work the last decade, with the exception of 2002.
I think some, if not all of that weight loss (regardless of whatever method she's using) is due to mourning her father.
She also has a 5 year old child (as well as an older kid), and i don't really want to think she could be messing around with meth with a little one depending on her (plus her husband really doesn't seem like the type that would both stand for it and join in).
The blind hints at the fact she has had some drug issues before, and as far as i know there have been no drug gossip about JC - even with her weight issues, bloggers etc have been only labelling it an eating disorder.
This feels like a younger actress, that broke into the industry as a child/young teen - and therefore the 'heading for A List' comment could imply her potential before the drugs.
Remember Kiki's potential? It's really sad when this happens :(

ReplyDeleteBinkyM - Its not the fact that she's thin that people are worried about, its the fact that she has lost a lot of weight, and keeps loosing it.
Being that size when its natural is fine, getting there through unhealthy habits/eating issues isn't.
She was never curvy, but she used to have a damn sight more padding.

ReplyDeleteWhen Jennifer Connelly's husband was asked about her sudden weight loss he said Jennifer lost her father recently and a lot of her weight loss was due to that stress of her father's death.

Murphy Brown, Kids Incorporated, Drexell's Class, Almost Home, Blossom, Frasier, Party of Five, Sister, Sister, Murder One, Boy Meets World, The Marshal, SeaQuest DSV, Nash Bridges, Clueless (tv show),etc. That is not counting KOTH or various other TV movies. Enty states the actress "always does film".

There is no chance Jennifer Connelly is C list. She is a co-star in He's Just Not That Into You, which will be huge. She also has two movies in post-production according to IMDB. I don't think we've hit the right person yet.

My suggestion was going to be Claire Forlani. She was in that boring-ass Meet Joe Black movie, she was pretty big news a few years back... now, not so much. She is married too.
