Four For Friday - With Kindness & Bad Drug Behavior

#1 - Some good news for this formerly B+ movie actress and now a C. It appears she is off the drugs and even her husband appears clean. The bad news is he can't get a job and so has been hired by the producers as her personal makeup artist for the movie she is filming right now. I can't believe she got another movie.

#2 & 3- Bad Drug Behavior - This former B list television actress was on a hit initial show and now has said goodbye to that and has dropped to a quick C. Anyway, she is known for her love of meth and at a wrap party at the end of the season, our actress decided that she was going to drive her B- list aging comic co-star's SUV through a garage door at the party. A closed garage door. After she had crashed through the door and dented the wall of the kitchen someone asked her why she had done it, and she said just because it was something she had always wanted to do. Nice.

#4 - Kindness - This A list actress who used to be the highest paid actress in Hollywood donated her entire paycheck from a recent movie to four different charities. It was the largest donation any of the four charities had ever received.

  1. Brittany Murphy for #1; I'll guess Julia Roberts for number 4; I have to think more about 2 & 3.

  2. 1- Brittney Murphy
    4- Sandra Bullock

    ReplyDelete
  3. I was guessing Sandra Bullock for number 4. Not sure if she is A list, but she was once among the highest paid actresses and she did just finish a film.

    ReplyDelete
  4. i like Britany Murphy guess!

  5. Anonymous2:35 PM

#2: an actress who used to be on ER or CSI? "Initial hit show"...?

    ReplyDelete
  6. Is Julia Roberts #4? With the last movie being Duplicity?

    ReplyDelete
  7. 2-mishca barton?
    4-loving the sandra bullock guess!

    ReplyDelete
  8. There isn't a #3, is there? (Just sayin'....)

Jorja Fox? She doesn't seem like the type, though.

    ReplyDelete
  9. 2 - misha barton
    4 - julia roberts

    ReplyDelete
  10. 1. Def Britney Murphy - makes sense with Enty's last article on her, too

2&3. Jorja fits - but has she ever starred with an aging comic?

    4. Let's go with Julia - I'm not sure Sandra is A-list?

    ReplyDelete
  11. OMG, I just imdb'd Mischa, and she's going to be in a movie with Jason Mewes!!! NOT FAIR!!!! Hell, even Wil Wheaton is way too good to be in the movie with her!

    I agree, #1 B.M., #4 Julia Roberts.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Sad but true, Brittney for #1

Who cares #3- nice but borrrrrrrrrrrrring...(I'm a bitch)

#2 Not Mischa- not on a show right now as far I know...maybe a 90210-er/ Or Gossip Girl?

    ReplyDelete
  13. OK, think I figured it out. Law & Order SVU is the show (initials). Stephanie March is the actress (left the show in 2004, returned in 2009, which would explain the recent party), Richard Belzer is the aging comic/co-star.

    ReplyDelete
  14. #1 Brittany Murphy?
    #2 & #3: ??
    #4 Julia Roberts

    ReplyDelete
  15. oooh, i like the Stephanie March guess

    ReplyDelete
  16. #1 Brittney Murphy and her hubbie

#2 / #3 - I think this is a sitcom. She drove her B-list aging comic co-star's SUV through the garage door. What actress has recently left a sitcom?

#4 - Sandra Bullock - no way is Julia Roberts 'kind' in any way. This woman is known to be only nice in front of cameras so there is no way she would donate her paycheck.

    ReplyDelete
  17. March is back on SVU; not her.
"...aging comic co-star..." Hmmm. Which initial show has one?
Or it could be SVU and the actress is one of the other former ADAs? Who played Casey?

    ReplyDelete
  18. I agree that it's Britney & Stephanie with the aging comic=Richard Belzer. (Is that his name? Detective Munch.)

If Julia Roberts is #4, please reveal. I really detest her and this might soften me up a teeny tiny bit. But I'm going to go with Reese Witherspoon & the cartoon movie she just did.

    ReplyDelete
  19. I don't think Sandra Bullock was ever THE most paid actress. She was always top 10, right? But never #1.

#1 highest-paid actresses that come to mind: Angelina, Reese, Julia.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Demi Moore for # 4?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Angelina gave 3mil+ in '05, a combined (with b-rad) 8mil in '06.

    ReplyDelete
  22. #2%3 Christina Applegate & Jean Smart? That would explain why Samantha Who didn't get the ABC reprieve. It was a shoe in for the ABC critically acclaimed bubble show reprieve, and it got bumped for Better Off Ted that seemed to be canceled. Anyone that hs a cancer scare and goes back to smoking, is stupid enough to go back to meth. Smoking alone doesn't explain her look lately.

  23. Didn't Sandra Bullock give $1 million to the Tsunami fund and it was the largest single Hollywood actor's donation? Seems like a precedent for charitable giving.

    ReplyDelete
  24. is Brittany Murphy even considered C list at this point?
I thought of her for #1 also, but not too sure of her status now.

    ReplyDelete
  25. when was brittany murphy considered B=??? that's what i want to know.

    ReplyDelete
  26. i meant B PLUS!!! oh, and i don't think bullock was ever the highest paid. A list---it's got to be julia roberts.

    ReplyDelete
  27. #4 NOT JULIA ROBERTS. I'm sorry, was I yelling?

Definitely Sandra Bullock who donated money for 9/11, Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina, each for about a million and with very little fanfare. Julia? I think she was on the 9/11 program asking us minions to donate money.

    ReplyDelete
  28. ok, when was sandra bullock the highest paid actress in hollywood?

    ReplyDelete
  29. I think Julia is #4. Lots of hype about her being the highest paid actress, others may now hold the title, but she is known for it. She has been doing promos this week for Paul Newman's various charities.

    ReplyDelete
  30. #4 Cameron Diaz. (She was once the highest paid actress when she did the voice for Shrek 2)

    ReplyDelete
  31. it was revealed on another site that julia roberts always gives a part of her check to several charities.

this time she may have given it all.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Nicole Kidman was one that came to mind - her movie in 2008 was "Australia", and she was once one of the highest paid actresses in Hollywood. The other was Julia Roberts - the blind did say "was" so I am leaving out Angelina Jolie and Reese Witherspoon. I don't know if Sandra Bullock was ever "A" - high B+ maybe?

    ReplyDelete
  33. I could see Cameron for #4 too.

    ReplyDelete
  34. 4 is Bullock - this is pretty par for the course for her... the rest, I got nothin' yet.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Reese Witherspoon was the highest paid actress in 2007.
    http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22040384/

She is still my choice for this, but another name that comes to mind is Jodie Foster.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Not the person "who used to be the highest paid actress in Hollywood," but Beyonce Knowles recently made a $4 million donation to the Phoenix House rehabilitation charity, her entire paycheck for "Cadillac Records." Beyonce plays Etta James, which tells the story of her life of addiction, and her generous donation was inspired by a visit to the center last year for film research. I think it's refreshing to know that there are many generous celebrities who make their contributions quietly. Celebrities whose donations are essentially public relations expenditures that enhance their careers and public profiles, get them free publicity and public accolades kind of disgust me.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Number 4 is not Julia Roberts. When she was the highest paid actress, she testified before a congressional committee wearing movie prop glasses (because wearing fake glasses makes you look ... smart?) and asked for Congress to spend taxpayer money on a group that one paycheck of hers would have kept in business forever but that she herself did not fund. Not Julia Roberts.

    ReplyDelete
  38. If Sandra Bullock has ever been the highest paid actress I'd go with her.

#4 Is definitely not Julia Roberts.

    ReplyDelete
  39. stephanie march is married to bobby flay. dont think she's #2

    ReplyDelete
  40. y'all give Julia Roberts too much credit....

    I was thinking AngieJo.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I think Cameron Diaz is a good guess for number 4. She just did that movie "my sister's keeper", which is about a kid who has cancer. Perhaps she donated to charities that had to do with that?

    ReplyDelete
  42. I don't think 2 & 3 could be March/Belzer because it says this TV actress was on a "hit initial show." That wording makes me think it's not a hit anymore and SVU still is.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I'm surprised it took so long for Cameron Diaz's name to come up. She's the very first I thought of for My Sister's Keeper. She used to be the highest paid actress - I remember being surprised about it at the time.

This would be a nice reveal.

I'm on the Brittany Murphy train for 1&2. I can see Law&Order SUV (can never get used to SVU) - initially a hit show, now not so much. Is Richard Belzer B- list?

    ReplyDelete
  44. #1 Brittany Murphy ftw

#2/#3 - Diane Neal was the other ADA on SVU. Richard Belzer is 64. I thought that was old and not aging by Hollywood standards. Not sure who this is.

#4 I'm on the Reese Witherspoon train.

    ReplyDelete
  45. People! "hit initial show" means the show's title is an initial.

    SUV, CSI, etc.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Demi Moore used to be the highest paid actress a long while back, so I'll go with her.

That is, when she isn't in Austria having blood sucking worms applied to her skin...

    ReplyDelete
  47. I thought of Cameron Diaz right away for #4.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Julia Roberts is not a nice person, and her nostrils are HUGE. Why everyone falls all over her is really beyond my understanding. My guess for #4 is Sandra Bullock, but I also like the Reese guess. I hope enty reveals this one on the 4th.

    ReplyDelete
  49. I thought #2 was Nicollete Sheridan

    ReplyDelete
  50. #4 is Nicole Kidman

    ReplyDelete
  51. Kim Delaney popped in my head for #3. She was initially on CSI Miami but was fired for hitting the sauce. I have never heard that she does meth though. I looked her up though and she is on that show Army Wives so she does not fit I guess.

    ReplyDelete
  52. #2 Loretta Swit ... MASH ... Alan Alda

    haha

    ReplyDelete
  53. For #2 & 3, it sounds like to me that the person was first on an initial show (CSI, OC, etc.) but is NOW on more of a comedy show (hence, the comedic co-star). So can anyone think of someone that used to be on an initial hit show but is now on a comedy with an aging comedic co-star?

    ReplyDelete
  54. What about someone that used to be on SNL? Does that count as an initial show?

Like maybe Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin?

    ReplyDelete
  55. I have been reading this board for ages now, and this will be my first comment!

    #1 IS Brittany Murphy

So Friday night I am in a car with friends heading to dinner when one of them brings up the fact that they are working on the new BM movie and said “you will never believe who is doing her makeup.” My reply? “Let me guess – her husband?’ His response was that of shock wondering how on earth I would know that.

I had to laugh because I read this blind item at work on Friday before I left for the day and so many lovely readers had mentioned her name!

He also mentioned that her makeup couldn’t look more caked on and that her hair was incredibly greasy looking.

    ReplyDelete
  56. #3 Is not Stephanie March. Try her replacement - Diane Neal. March is married to Bobby Flay - I've never heard a lick of gossip about the two of them.

#4 is not Angelina Jolie - she IS currently the highest paid actress in HW and has been the past 2 years.
