Lane Garrison & Kristin Chenoweth Together Again

At this point I will settle for any news that is not about the 20 people that seem to make up 90% of the gossip stories in Hollywood and so will even fall for the seemingly fake story of Lane Garrison and Kristin Chenoweth reigniting as a couple. I love the adjectives tabloids use. They are much better at it than I am.

According to Star, Kristin wrote her ex-boyfriend Lane the entire time he was in prison. I can actually see her doing that because she is an incredibly nice person. Well when Lane got out and after he spent his mandatory time at Pimpa Joe's house, he went and thanked Kristin in person and then wham it was the whole love thing and it is like they were never apart and they can't wait for the future and they never want to be apart again and they only had eyes for each other and no one else exists and their past fights have been forgotten. Have I missed any cliches because I can throw out some more. Oh, I missed the best one. The reason we haven't seen Lane and Kristin in public yet?

"They're not taking it public until they're sure it's going to work. Whatever happens, they'll always be friends." I love that cliche.

  1. obvs it's the star, so we have to take it w/ a grain of salt...but that aside, i really think lane garrison is one of those real mccoy redemption stories. it seems like he knows he made bad decisions and appeared truly remorseful i can't hate the guy. he'll have to live w/ this the rest of his life. i can only hope good things for him.

  4. "Always be friends" my ass. That's just code for "Please, don't hate me." It's better if you're not friends with your ex. Brings up too many bitter memories, or they just try to get you back. No means no. Not try harder.

  5. She seems like a nice person. Minus her home-wrecking affair with Aaron Sorkin.

  9. You KNOW she doesn't allow her lips come anywhere near a pie.

    Talk about hypocrisy...

  11. jax, I think it's about 11 or 12 years difference. I didn't know either, and I didn't know about her and Sorkin.

Grace, in the early episodes of Pushing Daisies, I'd have sworn Olive Snook was pictured binging on pie and then running for the bathroom.

  14. I knew about her and Sorkin but not about her and Garrison. Weird...isn't she a hard-core Christian? With Sorkin and the drugs and Lane and the car...oy! I do like her a lot though...I love her voice!

  15. I didn't know about either Garrison or Sorkin but they both seem odd to me for some reason....

  16. @jax you asked the question on my mind! Seems like she's got to be 10-15 yrs older than him.

And, yes, she's a Christian. Sorkin based the "Harriet" character on Studio 60 on her (with himself as "Matt"). I never knew she broke up his marriage, though...
