From an Interior Design perspective: A younger person would have a white couch. Young celebs, rappers always go the 'all white' route to start. Elton is older, cultured & more well travelled & I see him having something more 'grown up' in style. He has also probably owned at least 30 couches in his lifetime. He wouldn't have a bird over this. New couch owners & the nouveau riche are more anal & paranoid.
