Blind Items Revealed

March 5, 2009

This one is a little different because I am going to give you the name of the show. Sober House. See? I make things easy. Well, it turns out that of all the people on the show Sober House, only one has stayed sober the entire time, and it was a shocker to me who it is. I guess he would be a C list which is pretty high for that show. Used to be B list for sure, and is probably the wildest person in Hollywood when he is drunk or high. Name recognition? Probably an A, if for nothing else than it is unique.

Andy Dick

  5. Good for him, because if you can be called the "wildest in H-town" when impaired - you're not going to live long.

  6. I loved Andy so much on Newsradio. His off-screen antics will cut his career longevity, not a lack of talent.

  7. He's who I expected, but I was sad that Rodney didn't make it.

  8. I'm going to have a Coke and toast his sobriety.

Then I will add some Appleton's to it and toast Ent.

  9. Good for him. Seems like he's realizing the value of his life. I'm sad the same can't be said for Rodney. I was/am really pulling for him!

  10. I am sad for Rodney. I hope he's found his way back to sobriety. Glad for Andy Dick, too--he seems like a sweet person underneath it all.

  11. Awesome! I hope Andy is still sober today. He gave off kind of a creepy vibe..maybe it was the drugs, but I love his vulnerability. I always root for the underdog!

  13. Out of curiosity, does "the entire time" mean the duration of filming, or that he is still sober now?

  14. i think he's still sober. saw him recently on something. he does pull long stretches of sobriety, plus i think he's on probation.

def. the favored guess on this blind!

  15. Andy had one of those alcohol-monitoring ankle things after he left the house. I don't know if he still has it or not, but he was quoted as saying he would l likely be sloshed if it weren't for the ankle monitor. I don't if his point was that it was hard to work through addiction or that it was the only thing keeping him sober.

  16. I say good for him. If American Dad were made live-action, he would be a perfect Roger.

  17. Remember when Andy Dick got in trouble in San Diego? A month before that I saw him out to dinner with his son and some friends. He was really friendly with everyone and didn't get drunk or act crazy. I think I was the only one that noticed that he went to the bathroom 4-5 times during his meal.
