I imagine it would be a celebrity who became famous later than her teens....possibly a reality star. If it were a singer, wouldn't they say singing star? If not than I vote for the singing mushroom....she looks like she might have been crazy when she was younger...

In Canada we have general medical clinics and separate clinics such as Planned Parenthood (which isn't just for STDs), but nothing just for STDs. I'm just wondering how anyone would know for sure she was in a clinic dealing with an STD unless there's really such a place as "STD Clinic!"
Yes, there are clinics in England, but there are also private physicians if you choose to pay up. I don't know why this person wouldn't choose to do so.

Yeah, they have public clinics that most people go to, but they also still have private physicians for those willing to pay.
