Nothing Wrong With Kellan Lutz Driving A Mini-Van

As a frequent user of the family mini-van, I have to take exception to TMZ calling out Twilight actor Kellan Lutz for driving one. Apparently they gave the Twilight star a hard time for driving a mini-van. I will say that at least the one he is driving appears new, and honestly it doesn't matter what you drive, it is how you drive it. You like that? I never knew I could turn a post about mini-vans into some type of metaphor about size, but there you have it.

Obviously Kellan feels that he doesn't need to spend his money on an expensive car. He feels comfortable with himself and who he is. It isn't like he needs the attention. I mean if paps are going to snap you driving a mini-van then why do you need something flashy? Plus, mini-vans are the way to go if you have a lot of friends. Instead of six people driving separate cars they can all jam into one mini-van. He is doing it for the environment. Plus it probably has a lot of cup holders and televisions and video games. So bonus. What they should have asked him is what on earth he finds attractive about AnnaLynne McCord.

  3. natch...luxury cars depreciate in value just like any other car. i do want a porsche one day, when i can well afford it. but i'm keeping my paid in full ford! :)

the only minivan i like is nissan's. it has an edgy look.

  4. It's obviously his mom's van...check out his family with him, they're visiting with him in LA right now. It was sweet of him to take them to an event.

  6. I get a little envious whenever I ride in my ski buddy's Toyota Sienna (she has 5 kids.) It has cupholders, seats that move around, and a fridge/cooler thing. And movie screens! And plenty of room for skis, boots, gear, etc. Don't knock it.

  8. What is it that they say about guys in really expensive sports cars? Overcompensating? It's kind of cool to see him in a mini-van. Sweet even.

  9. I am so glad I no longer need a Mom Mobile. I am driving a smart car and getting 40+ miles to the gallon just around the neighborhood.

  10. Why does TMZ care what he's driving?

  12. KellyLynn, lol, I used to call my ex-bf truck a "penismobile" especially because he hated that term. It made it more fitting because he was the dick driving it.

    :-)

maybe he keeps his coffin in the back?

  15. I don't care about your ride. Sober in a mini-van is better than drunk in a Benz.

  16. That's what I was thinking Ureally.
As long as he's driving it sober who the heck cares except TMZ. I think it's great he hasn't become such an ass that he's too good to be seen in a minivan. His mama must have raised him right.

  18. Not a mom, but I have two dogs, and the Honda Odyssey fits the dogs and my husband's trips to Lowes for guy stuff, including a flat piece of plywood.
