Today's Blind Items

This Emmy nominated former B list actor and now C list movie actor was seen in a Vancouver restaurant over the weekend. Our actor was with a blonde who was less than a third his age and who seemed to have one function. The function was to let men look down the top of her dress which was encouraged by our actor. Throughout the time he was at the restaurant he also leered at every woman that walked by his table. Our actor's date didn't seem to mind in the least. Oh, and our actor has an arrest record and has not been kind to women in the past.

  2. George Wendt was never arrested for anything, especially anything where he was unkind to women.

  3. Tom Sizemore wasn't nominated for an Emmy.

  4. What about James Caan? Isn't he supposed to be a real jerk to women?

  5. So a man above the age of 60 and in Vancouver? Sigh. Too many movies being filmed here...

  6. James Caan doesn't have an arrest record.

  7. Dennis Hopper's been arrested, nominated for an Emmy, definitely fits the age part right. Any rumors of him being an ass to women?

  8. John Heard

    According to TCM.com:

"Arrested in November 1991 after defying a court order to leave his son alone, violating strict visitation rights, and slapping his son's mother Melissa Leo; charged with criminal contempt of court, custodial interference and assault.

"In November 1996, Heard was charged with stalking his son, the boy's mother Melissa Leo and her boyfriend. He was freed on $50,000 bond. Heard was later convicted of telephone misuse and trespassing with sentencing set for May 1997."

Nominated for an Emmy in 1999. Born in 1945. I don't know why he would be in Vancouver.

  9. George Wendt has been arrested for the following crimes:

    1973 - Shoplifting
    1974 - Posing as a veterinarian
    1977 - Assault
    1998 - Genocide

He beat the wrap on all charges except for Genocide, to which he was sentenced to repeated viewings of Cop Rock.

  10. Has Corbin Bernsen been arrested?
He's been nominated for an emmy.

Has Chi McBride been arrest in real life? He's been nominated for Boston Public, but I don't know who nominated him. I don't know if he is C list though?
He was in Let's Go to Prison.

There is so many things being filmed here right now. They are both scheduled to be here right now.
    I don't know, just a thought.

  11. Snap. TSG, Wikipedia and IMDb didn't say anything about his arrests. With that in mind, Ryan's got the best guess.

  13. Why is this even a blind? If the guy in question is encouraging this, he probably doesn't care if it goes public. And how is this even remotely surprising? I can go see 65 year old men leering over their titsy blonde trophy fucks anytime and anywhere I want. That's just how the world works. For pete's sake -- isn't this blind basically every Viagra commercial????

Honestly -- this one sucks. Boo.

  14. James Caan was arrested in 1994 but not convicted due to lack of evidence. He was threatening someone with a gun.

Dennis Hopper seems like the sort of guy who'd fit this, but I don't think he has any history of bad interactions with women. I couldn't find much online, but I am guessing he would not be invited to this event if he was a jerk to the ladies:

  15. Like the John Heard guess.

Seriously, why are men so creepy sometimes? And why the hell do the little ho-lets encourage this? Money? Really...?

  18. what about Nick Nolte - nominated for an Emmy in 1976

  19. I like the Heard guess as well, but is he filming in Vancouver?

I think with Nolte and Caan, Enty would have mentioned an Oscar nom instead. (Nolte - Affliction, Prince of Tides; Caan - The Godfather)

  20. Ding, Ding, Ding. James Caan is a pig to women! Although, there is no way he is anything but A list.

    Steven Segal?

  23. This screams Don Johnson to me. Arrested twice I believe, emmy nominated. Lived with Melanie Griffith when she was underaged, one of the arrests was for assault on a woman, been sued for sexual harassment.

Should be put out to pasture for that stupid ass album he put out. But definitely C-list movie actor. B-List for Nash Bridges and because nobody remembers Miami Vice anymore.

  24. Ok I did a little research...and it does not look like Heard is filming anything in Canada. He has some Cali locations but that seems like the closest thing. There may be something out there that is not on imdb though.

  25. Can't find any Vancouver locations for Caan or Johnson. Wendt is going to be in House of Re-Animator but that has been announced, has not begun filming, and I can't find a film location.

    That's all I've got.
