Today's Blind Items
This D list funny guy/B list television actor got his first Botox recently. It was at the insistence of his A list television actress girlfriend who said she was tired of going out with a guy who looks 100. The funnyman went reluctantly but since the first didn't need any prompting to return for his second. It doesn't really matter anyway though since the relationship is going to be toast about a week after Christmas presents are pretended to be exchanged.

Since the Breast Whisperer has been on 5 seasons now, I imagine that makes Jennifer L-H tv A list, and Kennedy tv B list by virtue of being a regular. How else to explain how a D list comedian could be a B list tv actor?

I don't think this is Jamie Kennedy and Jennifer Love Hewitt because of the grading, except for the D-list funnyman thing. Other than that, it could be them.

I think enty doesn't like Dane Cook, but except for comedy central showcases, he doesn't have a t.v. show or a famous girlfriend that I know of.
Is Seth Greene's girlfriend an actress. I know he still looks 12 but I can't stand Robot Chicken (it's all fart jokes) I don't know how popular that show is but it just isn't funny to me.
This one should be easy, but I have nothing.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely J-Love and Jamie. She's A-list by TV standards -- she's TV commercials, she's the star of a long-running show, she's doing voices of animation and being a headliner in them ... just because she's not all that likeable by us CDAN types, the average joe on the street knows who she is.
ReplyDeleteI generally judge A-list by whether or not my parents (who are totally celebrity challenged) would know who they are, and unfortunately I'm pretty sure if I said "They girl on the Ghost Whisperer show" they'd know who I was talking about, and maybe even say, "Oh yah she's in some hair or makeup or something commercials too right?". So yah, I would put her at A list. And definitely think this is them.

ReplyDeleteWouldn't they both also be movie actors? The Scream and Last Summer franchises were big enough to at least mention them alongside their television work....
ReplyDeletelove Kristen Bell, but don't think she's A-list. My parents wouldn't have a clue who she is, not by sight or name. Unfortunately I do think they'd recognize JLH, because of that ghost show and being in tv commercials for different brands.

Jlove is definitely A-list. This fits, except I agree: why didn't he say a list tv and movie? Maybe he thinks "a-list for tv, but not for movie" but doesn't he usually mention it?

ReplyDeleteEnty is good friends w Amber Tamblyn. IF he doesn't like David Cross for some reason, Enty would not have included the snark about the relationship at the bottom. And he would never ever hurt AT by telling her personal business in a blind item.
ReplyDeleteAT is permanently safe, sorry. And DC is more like Bminus List. Steady work, everybody recognizes him, even if they don't know his name. AND he was in Mr. Show and Arrested Development, and he's always hilarious, so DC is a BIG STAR to many, many fans.

ReplyDeleteChar, that is *exactly* how I define A list as well -- if my septuagenarian dad knows who they are, they're A list.
