What do you do when you are promoting a movie and two of the biggest names in the movie can't stand each other? Well usually they just smile and pretend, but this B list movie actress and B list movie actor dislike each other so much they refuse to even be at the same premiere let alone walk the red carpet together or pose for any pictures.

ReplyDeleteI used to like Rachel Weisz, but then when she got married, she made a comment about what a relief it was to actually meet an American who knew where Great Britain is. It was an awfully snobby remark and the way she put it was incredibly condescending!

obviously i don't know him in real life or anything, but he has made some really sh*tty comments in the past in interviews. the one that sticks out in my mind the most, because i think it's the most recent, is the stuff he said about the Beckhams and how they ruined his neighborhood and how america doesn't want them here and nobody likes soccer anyway...

Okay, forgive the igorance..but this it The Lovely Bones right? Lainey had this BI about RW being a TIGHT WAD.......it could be that "type" of personality and marky-mark being polar opposite that caused the conflict. He seems so easy going...hard to imagine what would cause problems...

in Enty world winning an Oscar doesn't make you A list. She did win in 2006 best supporting for The Constant Gardner.

ReplyDeleteand let's also not forget-did i read it on this site????- that back before he was famous, back when he was rough and tough in boston, he got in a street fight with a dude in which the other guy either lost an eye or was blinded during the fight. mark wahlberg went on to become rich and famous beyond belief and has never once sent an apology for the incident, let alone a single dime towards the guys medical bills or anything considering he could probably never really work again and lives on a disability budget. and mark wahlberg is off making millions and millions of dollars a year.

ReplyDeleteSorry, I think Mark W. has his moments, but I have to go for Team Rachel on this one. I think Mark bit off more than he could chew with this part, this director, this cast. She is a talented Oscar winner with a small part - I get the frustration and the animosity.

lainey liu is a liar who has been known to fabricate most of her so called Blind Items, not to mention the fact that that Mark Wahlberg and Rachel Weisz did the press junket together and there is video of them laughing together on the set of "The Lovely Bones".
