Today's Blind Items
This married A list television actor on a hit network drama told his wife that he had to work late on set. He was convinced she would be home with their sick child. So, he decided to go to the movies with an 18 year old production assistant from his show. As he walked into the lobby of the theatre with his arm around the 18 year old, he gets tapped on the shoulder by who he assumes is a fan, but was instead his wife. He dropped his arm from the assistant and meekly walked out of the theatre with his wife. She has a spy on the set of his show to stop just this kind of behavior.

I'm sure glad that California upheld the sanctity of marriage with Prop 8. I know I wouldn't want a beautiful heterosexual marriage like this one sullied by the likes of my lesbian one. Not that I'm bitter.
And back to the topic: I agree--Patrick Dempsey. Both of them are fools.

Not every answer to a blind item about a married A-list actor on a hit TV show is Dempsey. There *are* other A-list actors and a-list shows.

I like the Dempsey guess. He seems cocky enough to think he could get away with that kind of behavior. He also seems like the type that would go after such a young girl.

not Mark Harmon - his and Pam Dawber's youngest is about 19 or so and shouldn't need mommy to stay home with him when he's sick unless he's seriously ill (and might expect Dad to be around too).

ReplyDeleteThe fact is, very very few people get to the A list through televsion, therefore the pool of candidates is extremely small. Sorry if you don't like it, but that's the way it is.
My first thought was David Boreanaz (prob spelled wrong, sorry). His exploits on the set of "Buffy" were widely talked about, and he was married to his first wife then. Marriage hasn't seemed to slow him down in the past.

It is not worth your job to get into the middle of two idiot adults spying on each other. And nothing like that stays a secret on the set. Everyone would know who was "spying".

I think this story is made up. I somehow doubt the wife, with a sick child at home, could be bothered going to the cinema to catch him. Wouldn't the sick child be your greatest concern, rather than a wandering eye asshole husband? Silly woman, just ditch the loser.

Choice: No. If you had someone dependable, like your mom or a trusted nanny, then you would feel comfortable leaving for a short period of time. Especially, when your adrenaline is pumping and you know you are going to catch his lying axx.
