Random Photos Part One

Three parts today.

Although I love the new hair color for the Princess, I kind of wish she would have at least put on a clown nose for this photo. Is it not royal to do that?
Russell Crowe when he was about 22.
Have you noticed that since that whole Jake Gyllenhaal thing ended that Reese is always smiling. Of course it could be just that new guy in her life, but whatever it is, she has not stopped smiling.
Sadie gets to ring the opening bell at the NYSE.
I think the earth stopped for a second. Scarlett J is smiling.
I'm going to take a guess that either Seth Meyers doesn't have an assistant or this is his way of working out. I noticed that he is standing in front of Juicy Couture. So, imagine this same picture, but with Lindsay Lohan holding the bag and the caption would go something like this. Lindsay looks around to see if she is spotted while making her getaway and next month's rent money.
Tokio Hotel in San Remo.
Kate Moss and Trudie Styler do a breath check. As usual, Kate smelled like booze and left over Pete Doherty
William Hurt. Great actor, terrible person. Here he is with a first timer to the photos, Eddie Redmayne.
One of my favorite photos of the day. Yasmin Le Bon, Manolo Blahnik and Elizabeth Saltzman.

  2. Why is Bill Hurt a bad person? I used to have SUCH a crush on him!!!

  3. Yasmin LeBon is a nasty Ho.

  4. That is the worst picture of Kate Moss I've ever seen. Look at that double chin!

  5. Scarlett J is smiling, good to see considering she's supposedly strapped for cash and has to sale her home.

Manolo must have just given those two women free pairs of shoes.

  6. @ B
Yeah what is it with William Hurt?? Anyone? Is that a hint to a blind item maybe?

  7. Yeah, why is William Hurt a terrible person? Enty, you have to give us some more info when you say stuff like this--I'm still waiting to hear why you hate my boyfriend Benicio del Toro.

Oh, btw, happy birthday Benicio! :-D

  8. Oh, and Reese is smiling cuz she's finally, finally gettin' some.

And the weight of that contract is off now.

  9. If I remember correctly his ex girlfriend from the 80's who's an actress (not as well known as him I don't think) wrote a book and threw alot of stuff in about him and how he used to beat her.

  10. Marlee Matlin that was his ex.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Yep, Marlee Matlin wrote a tell-all about how abusive William Hurt was to her and he basically admitted it and apologized.

I think Tokio Hotel is giving a free performance in Vancouver soon for the Olympics but I have no idea what their music is like - anyone?

Scarlett's clothing is always so beautifully tailored.

Reese is with someone new, Ent??

  12. Sorry gotta correct myself. She's his ex wife not ex girlfriend.

  13. Look at Eddie Redmayne. Love him. He looks like just came out from a corn field in Iowa. (I know he is English, he just looks like a farm boy.)

  14. RocketQueen -

Tokio Hotel is like emo poprock. My sister made me go see them live as payback for me making her go to see the Jonas Brothers. They are the German equivalent in many ways (I don't even mean that as an insult...lol), just similar demographic, similar disdain from the snarkers.

It's pretty straightforward. Guitar heavy; breathy wails. Reminded me at moments of the smashing Pumpkins. They do a lot of doubling effects on the mic, so live is not their strength, IMO.

The lead singer is very intriguing though...androgynous, haute couture kind of thing going on. It wasn't the worst concert I've ever been do, but def not the best.

  15. Awesome, Selock - thanks so much :) I guess I'll base my attendance on the length of the line up!

  16. You're welcome. And hey, can't beat FREE! :)

  17. Those clowns are not scary. I wish I had grown up wherever they are instead of here with our nightmare clowns.

  18. Bill Hurt lives with his sons near a friend of mine in the Pacific northwest. He's not a terrible person now. He definitely acted like an ass when he was married to Marlee Matlin as he himself admitted but he seems like a nicer person now. At least he helps my friend carry stuff to her car (and she's old and not-hot).

  19. I have a huge crush on Seth Meyers. I wish he'd sling me over his shoulders and take me home. ;)
    happy Friday everyone!

  20. william hurt was never married to marlee matlin, as far as i know.

  21. nancer is right, they were never married.

BTW, about the dog show champ ringing the opening bell, Sadie's a piker. The German Shepherd should have won paws down.

  22. @ .robert - I know what you mean about the clowns! I have an awful fear of clowns, to the point where I'll cry or have a panic attack if I see them. I nearly had a heart attack when I saw that photo, but when I looked at it properly I realised it wasn't that bad

  23. William Hurt. Great actor, terrible person

    ENTY-
    I love what you wrote.
You must be a very honest person.

  24. Ugh, ScarJo is so overrated. Yeah, she's pretty, but she is one of the most monotone, horrific actresses out there. It goes to show what a good pair of real (aren't they?) boobs can do for you.

  25. I love it that a dog rang the bell at the stock exchange.

  26. @Melody - Which German shepherd? There wasn't one in the running for Best of Show. And Sadie was adorable, IMO.

  27. That kid is too big to be Knox. I'm just about 100% certain that's Shiloh and she just looks different because of the light and because she was biting her lip. Eyes, nose, shoes, "silkie", all point to her. And I noticed a while back in a pic of Angelina carrying her that she is quite tall for her age.

  28. Maze, just joking. Sadie's a wonderful dog. I was pulling for the Irish setter (how my fingers translated that into German shepherd, I'm not sure but is probably related to my age lol) but Sadie is fine.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I love Eddie Redmayne.
    That is all.

  30. That pic of Russell Crowe makes me think of that reveal where he was said to make film crew members sit and listen to him sing songs he'd written. He's a total dick, but I still love him in one of my favorite movies, Master and Commander (with yummy Paul Bettany!)

I read somewhere (maybe at CDAN?) that Seth Meyers takes the subway to work at SNL. He's a down to earth guy.

  31. Mango, that was pretty much confirmed from an anecdote that Trey Parker and Matt Stone told about being subjected to hours of terrible singing from Russell when they attended a party he was hosting. They skewered him completely on an episode of "South Park." You can watch it for free at southparkstudios.

  32. @Melody - actually, that was my first thought, that you were kidding. Best of Show was the only part of the show I watched, so thought I could have missed something.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I love Seth Meyers!
Scarlett J looks like an alien -Awful

Tokio Hotel first thoughts = little person from Jackass wearing a wig, a better looking Mariah Carey from that video, a gorgeous (female) model, and Seth Rogen on a great diet.

  34. Oh and add my name to the adoration of Eddie Redmayne!

  35. Tara, you crack me up AGAIN! :)

  36. Yasmin LeBon is a nasty Ho.

Still bitter about the whole SLB marriage thing, Jamie's Girl? You know, it was 25 years ago -- you should really just let it go.

(Yasmin is actually one of the few supermodels out there whom I as a "real woman" would not mind standing next to, she's just that awesome. And she and Simon reared some incredibly great kids.)
