Katy is definitely A-list, I think she has more worldwide appeal than Carrie Underwood, I've never heard Carrie's music, katy's music seemed to be everywhere last year.

Actually Katy was described as A List in a revealed blind: "annoying female A list singer (for now), but probably just a one year wonder who we will hopefully never hear from again". I guess the question is, is she still A list? It's been nearly a year since that blind, but I'd say she hasn't faded just yet. Not sure if this is her, but I wouldn't rule her out. I'd go with Carrie Underwood though, just based on personality. What about Lady Gaga? I admit I know nothing about her love life so I don't know if it could be her.

Just for a different idea, how bout JC Shazam or whatever from Backstreet Boys? He's a judge on America's Best Dance Crew on MTV, but I don't know how well that show is doing right now. Haven't heard much else about him tho.
