This beautiful young star, that is known mostly to a younger audience is getting pressure from her parent to make it in the big time. The parent has noticed other kid stars making it big by ‘growing up too fast’ and is working to make her child more sexy. She’s got plans to give her daughter some implants, and wants to set up a racy photo shoot.

Possibly the mother?! Demi's parents marriage ended in 1994, she lives with her Mom and wrote a song about her estranged Father. Lately she has taken on a sexier look, which is not always a good thing for a 17 year old. BuzzFoto says "not Selena Gomez", hmm sounds like a hint. Demi and Selena are best friends. Mother needs a basic 101 course in good parenting, not how can I sell my daughter as a sex object to financially line my pockets with $$$. Sick!

I was thinking Miranda Cosgrove too, which would be sooo sad. iCarly is the only one of my daughter's shows I can stand watching. She also watches the Suite Life of Zach and Cody. 5 minutes of that makes me want to dry heave.

ReplyDeleteI'll bet it's Victoria Justice, from the new Nickelodeon show. She's gorgeous, and the dress she had on in the picture I saw of her was WAY too short. Like WAY. If her mom was cool with her walking a red carpet in it, I wouldn't be surprised at all with her pushing that kind of stuff on her daughter. Ugh. These poor girls. They never even had a chance. Their moms are supposed to nurture and provide for them, protect and care for. NOT whore them out to the public. Grr.

Yeah, I agree...Demi's been far gone in this direction for at least two years. If not by her mother's specific direction then by her example. It's too bad because it's taken an obvious toll on her once extremely impressive voice. Her management is now trying to reel her back in (I guess more for profits than for her own welfare, sadly) I'd assume by matching her with a costar-"boyfriend"/babysitter who is conveniently her manager's ever-dutiful son (with issues of his own), Joe Jonas.
