Another Victim Of Roman Polanski

Remember how Roman Polanski keeps telling the world that his drugging and raping a 13 year old girl was a one time thing? How we should all forgive me because he isn't a bad guy? Well, as I have always said f**k him. Today, Gloria Allred is holding a press conference with another victim of Roman's abuse. Although whatever experience she suffered at the hands of Roman sucks, I am glad she is coming forward so people will realize that if you are raping and drugging 13 year old girls it is probably not a one time thing. I wouldn't be surprised if there are lots more victims and I hope each one comes forward and shares their story and why Roman needs to go to jail for a very long time.

Oh, and don't ever forget what Roman said when he was interviewed after his arrest back then. "Everybody wants to f**k a young girl."

I always thought it was only one kid he had abuse. Never considered there might be more victims.

I wonder what his family is going to think about this now.

  2. considering it's from Gloria allred,i'll reserve judgement. she is the epitome of an ambulance chaser.

  3. WHAT?!?!?
OMG I never knew he said THAT?!!? That statement alone should have had his ass in prison 4ever.

polanski is a very sick man. add woody allen to the mix also.

allred should be a ashamed of herself in many things, but if this is true, so be it.

  5. Well maybe for once we can put Alfred's ambulance chasing to good use.

  7. I want to see the names who are going to be on the new "Free Roman" petition.

On a side note: Gloria Allred AGAIN? Really?
There must be a lot of lawyers going hungry and homeless - this woman is getting ALL the gigs!

  8. okay, this guy is no better than any pedophile that is on any state's sex offender registry. Isn't once enough? Even if this story is not true, he still drugged and raped a 13 year old girl!! I don't care if the mom was pimp or he is a Hollywood "artiste"! I don't care that the victim is fine with it now! he is rapist. No one makes a statement that "everyone wants to fuck young girls" unless they are fucking young girls and they are trying to excuse it and make it seem okay!! He should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. You don't make a plea deal if you are not guilty. and you don't run if you are not guilty. he makes me sick. How people can support him is beyond me.

  9. I wonder why this girl is just coming out with it now. I mean, didn't this happen 20+ years ago? The statute of limitations must have run out by now.

Not uncommon for victims of abuse to repress it and not tell anyone for years and years. My son kept it hidden for over 20 years, and it took him 30 years to be able to talk about it.

Oh - and there is no statute of limitations on abuse of children.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Maybe she wants to make sure this vile little man goes to jail.

  13. Sue Ellen, I bet Gloria Allred got her a publicity deal that will pay her a lot of money. Gloria is a lot more of a PR person than a lawyer these days.

I never heard any specifics, but I thought it was common knowledge that this was the scene Polanski and a bunch of others in Hollyweird were into (drugs and young girls), and it was just bad luck for him that someone talked enough for the police to get involved that one time.

  14. Syko, there is indeed a statute of limitations on statutory rape. It varies from state to state.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Yikes! I looked it up, and felony statutory rape has a THREE year statute of limitations from the time of the assault in California. For "violent sexual assaults" it starts when the victim turns 18.

I was talking abuse, not statutory rape.

  17. More depressing facts: # At the time of this initiative, the state of California had the highest teen pregnancy rate in the nation
    # More than 75% of all births to high school aged mothers are fathered by adult males.
    # Boys under 18 years of age account for less than 1/2 of births to teen mothers while men over the age of 24 are responsible for more than 50%
    # Men over the age of 20 are responsible for 5 times as many births among junior high school girls than males under the age of 20

  18. I wonder when this victim was abused, recently or years ago?

Yada, Yada, Yada. Polanski's the one who got caught. Tough tit.

  20. Syko, from what I can tell, the SOL for childhood sexual abuse is only a few years longer in CA. Maybe it's different in your state? I think the SOL should be eliminated for assaults on children because, as you said, the trauma can keep them from reporting it for a very long time.

  21. How does one say this without sounding like an asshole? I am not a fan of Roman Polanski, never have been. I do not watch his films because of his past behavior, BUT (and this is a big BUT), do we cut the man some slack because of his past before he became a rapist? This man experienced one of the most horrible crimes recorded in human history. His wife was murdered in their home and their baby was cut out of her by the Manson family.

What Roman has done was horrible. The things that were done to him were horrible. One bad act does not make it okay to commit another bad act, but wow, this man has had one fucked up life.

  22. I thought he had quite a few underage "conquests" in France. Wasn't a very young Nastassja Kinski one victim of the Polanski casting couch? Who knows how many others. Seriously, the man should be dragged out into the street shot.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Plenty of sexual predators have had horrific upbringings. Why would Polanski deserve to be cut any slack?

    He's a vile scumbag.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Shelly, I would cut him some slack if he had turned to drugs or something, but not for attacking another person.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Also, Emmanuelle Seigner was 21 and he was 54 when they first got together. At least she was legal.

If we continue to turn into a world where people will be excused for harming others, due to their bad childhood or a hard life, you wouldn't want to live on the planet.

ALMOST EVERYONE has had or have a hard life.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Send Polanski to jail already. Good for this girl for coming forward.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Not only did he rape her, he drugged her. That is the worst. Considering that element, its no question that there are other victims. I don't understand what they are waiting on to prosecute. He violated the law, period.

Just fcuking gross@ the statement he made, what a fcuking perv.

    Pardon my French

  29. isn't there another lawyer out there who can represent this young lady? i am sick to DEATH of Gloria Alred

  30. I know I'm greatly outnumbered, but in our legal system, getting a fair trial can outweigh guilt or innocence.

This just proves what Polanski has been saying all along, that he didn't get a fair shake in the American justice system, first by a judge who rescinded his own order due to public pressure and now from Gloria Allred.

If this were more than a public smear campaign, Allred wouldn't be calling a press conference. She knows well and good that you can't use a separate ALLEGED incident in a COURT OF LAW. And ask yourselves why this is coming up now. Timing is everything, folks.

Please don't take this to mean I condone sex with a minor. But take everything in perspective. How would you like it if you were sentenced to jail and then the judge changed his mind because someone complained to him and threatened him that he wouldn't ever be elected again if he didn't rescind his order. The sentencing was done. Prosecutors were happy. Then the judge backtracked. In our system, that is not fair, folks.

    ReplyDelete
  31. He plead guilty to the charges. If he didn't think he was getting a fair shake, then why did he take the plea deal?

    ReplyDelete
  32. Judges often take public sentiment and other things into consideration. The will of the people, their interpretations of the law, it's never a cut and dried automatic sentence.
Polanski uses everything to excuse him, the war, Ms Tate's murder, well millions and millions of people have the same things in their past and aren't criminals.
Charlie Manson said at the trial, "Those people were child molesters, don't you think they deserved it?" There is a lot of evidence the Mansonoids thought Sharon was away that night, (she was meant to be at a friend's house) No, I'm not taking Charlie as gospel, but there is so much weirdness in that case, Polanski wouldn't want that brought up.

  33. As Moosh said earlier, that is this guy's M.O. According to one of his producers, there were always topless teenage girls hanging around the set.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Oh wow.... I've just read that this other victim is none other than Charlotte Lewis, the stunningly beautiful girl who appeared in "The Golden Child" with Eddie Murphy.

She says he abused her when she was 16.

When is justice going to be done?

    ReplyDelete
  35. in my experience there are ALWAYS more victims-it's like drunk driving, the perpetrator has been doing this all along, just finally got caught.

of course he said that-I've seen pedophiles "excuse" their rape of small children by blaming it on the kid saying that somehow a child wanted to be raped.

scum is scum. lock his rich-ass up and throw away the key and give all his $$ to charity. seriously. and his wife is full of shit, trust me, she knows her husband is a criminal.

this story just drives me nuts-if you know anything about the legal/criminal system its just so obvious he only got away b/c he was rich.

    ReplyDelete
  36. looserdude, there were always rumors about Nastassja (then 15) and Polanski, but she denied them.

That quote was given a year after he fled the US. The interview appeared in the Tatler. The full quote, "If I had killed somebody, it wouldn’t have had so much appeal to the press, you see? But… f—ing, you see, and the young girls. Judges want to f— young girls. Juries want to f— young girls. Everyone wants to f— young girls!"

    ReplyDelete
  37. Gross. I had no idea he had multiple victims. Gross, sick old man. Put him away!

Seriously, how does Allred have time for all these clients?

    ReplyDelete
  38. There is a vast ring of pedophiles in powerful places, going from Hollywood to Washington, DC. This has been going on forever. Most of the children are 11-13.

If anyone else (like a middle-class person) had done this, they wouldn't have the public pressure, but they also would not have spent their exile skiing in Switzerland.

This isn't statutory rape -- this was a violent sexual assault against a child. She said no, he forced her. Nothing is statutory about it.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Every parent of a young girl wants to fuck Roman Polanski up. There is no excuse for this, at all. It just makes me sick.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Many people have had fucked up shit happen to them, and yet most of them do not go around fucking kids. It is a tragedy that his wife and unborn baby were murdered. However, most spouses of murder victims do not go on to rape children.

  41. Melody, I was thinking of this other woman, not the original victim, but you're right, I have no idea what the circumstances were. I'm sure we'll find out all the gory details soon though, if Miss Allred is on the case.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Other sites are reporting this incident happened after he fled the US and the girl was 16. That means it occurred in a country where 16 is the age of consent so not only has the statute of limitations expired, no crime was ever committed. Also, the actress says this happened BEFORE he cast her in his movie. Now she hires the most vile attorney, who's made a career of making home wreaking sluts look like victims. And has a penchant for dropping cases in lieu of a payout.

No doubt Pollanski likes teenagers. No doubt they had sex, but there is only one reason to come forward now and to use Allrad. Money. Women and girls who were legitimately abused have been grossly offended if this is really the case.

murders And his Nazi Germany childhood were horrible, horrible horrible
    but
    Man, is he MILKING it!!

  45. What I never understood about the incident with the 13 year old was how afterwards, SHE was judged. She was 13 and her mother should never have put her in that situation. At 13, you are not mature enough to understand what it means to act 'sexy' and the whole situation was disgusting because her innocence was being traded for a sleazy Hollywood dream.

The current girl claims it happened when she was 16.

  46. moosh, i think there are other elements in the SOL. i've always been told i could go after the son of a bitch who molested me and all the other females (not my daughter) in my family, but, it would have just hurt my aunt, who had no idea.

if indeed, the SOL has run out, her testimony can still help bring this bastard to justice, backing up the DA's prosecution, since the original girl just wants it all to go away.
    did that make sense?

    ReplyDelete
  47. you know, in some ways i wish it WAS a statutory case.

statutory rape is upwards of 25 years, and judges will throw a guy away for that long, just to make an example out of him. but for this worthless predator, he's gotten away with rape, violent and brutal rape against a child, nothing statutory about it- he forcibly took away this (and many others, as many have pointed out) and he's gotten away with it with very little time behind bars.

so fuck it, change the terms to statutory and throw his ass away for 25 years instead of dancing around this rape case like it isn't a big deal. any justice is better than none!!
