Joran van der Sloot Confession Documents Released

The National Enquirer has managed to obtain the entire original confession of Joran van der Sloot. The first page is above and The Enquirer has the rest on their site. ***Warning*** If you click over to the site, I suggest you scroll down quickly because there is a picture of Stephany Flores Ramirez at the top. She is dead and covered in a sheet.

The confession from Joran says,

"We sat on the bed when I gave her a hard right elbow in the face -- on her nose. I think her head hit the wall backwards. Then she started to bleed - there was blood everywhere.

What am I going to do? Blood on my shirt - blood on the bed --

I immediately sat down on her and started to choke her with two hands.

I held her down for one minute.

Then I saw her on the floor. But she was still breathing.

I took my shirt and put it on her face, pressing hard, until I killed Stephany."

He then took the $4000 she had won from playing poker and put that in his wallet and then departed. It is kind of hard to believe this document was released, but then again, money talks and The Enquirer has lots.

  3. This guy is a monster. Jail is too good for him. My heart goes out to the families & friends of Stephany & Natalee.

  4. We should start seeing pictures of him in jail any day now. I'm sure those will be worth a tidy sum. But, it's interesting that in the Peru newspapers he is hardly mentioned now. Not quite the celebrity over there that he is here. He seems to have dropped off the radar entirely. And that's how it should be. It's over and done as far as Peru is concerned.

  5. i wish perĂº had the death penalty.

and dayummm, national enquirer. the decent into yellow journalism is disgusting. dead body shot? seriously?

  6. I grudgingly admit that the Enquirer actually does a pretty job of investigative reporting.

But FUCK them for printing a picture of her body. That is seriously disrespectful, those assholes.

  7. This guy is just so brutal. So non chalant about snuffing out a girls life, and the location of another victims body. It's really hard not to think that they're may be other victims out there. I wouldn't be the least bit suprised to hear that this opportunist has killed other girls...

  8. he's such a fucking liar! if he only elbowed her in the face and choked her, what about the tennis racket and her one eye hanging out of the socket (sorry)???

  9. *retching sounds* Why did I look at this. Sickening.

  10. he did a lot more than hit her with his elbow and then suffocate her, from the sounds of it. he beat the shit out of her.
he's such a self-serving turd. always thinking, joran is. i would certainly hope he never gets to return to aruba.

first of all, he WANTS to go there so fuck him. and second of all, natalie's body was fish food years ago. he can't lead them to anything.

  12. I think that he wanted to get her body out of his hotel room, and some of the injuries were done after she was dead. He probably tried to make her small enough to fit into a suitcase or duffle bag.

  13. ha! look at CNN has...

He is in a high-security area of the prison where only two of 10 cells are occupied, and he has no contact with inmates in the general prison population. He is under guard 24 hours a day, authorities said. The only other inmate in the area is alleged Colombian hit man Hugo Trujillo Ospina.

his only other room mate is a HIT MAN.LOL. tick tick....there goes the clock.

  14. I wish they hadn't posted the picture of that poor girl's body. How sad.

He's a monster and sometimes I'm shocked by such evil in the world.

  15. The photo and confession are very disturbing. So sad. The Flores family was on Greta last night. I feel terrible for them. At least they have a body to honor and bury, unlike the Holloways.

    Joran is scum.

Way off topic, but thought all y'all would be interested, Star Mag is reporting that Al Gore has been having a 2-year affair with Laurie David, the ex of Seinfeld-creator Larry David. The plot thickens.

  16. well, to end a 40 year marriage, i think most of us already figured out it wasn't a case of 'we've grown apart.'

of course, it is 'star.' but you wouldn't think they'd come out and say that if they weren't sure they were on solid legal ground.

  17. Re: Gore. Mark Sanford Part II? He *fell in love* with her, huh?. That's the *reason* for the affair. If that's the case, then show me the emails exchange like in Mark's case.

  18. I would gladly vacation in Peru over Aruba any day.

I wish Aruba could be arrested for negligence in how they handled the Natalee case. They just wanted it all to go away and not hurt tourism.

And NOW they are going to reopen the case. Too little too late.

  19. Off topic and re: Al Gore The Laurie David connection could be a smoke screen. Lots of reports out there that he is playing for the other team.

    ReplyDelete
  20. @nowwhat, that's interesting. Where did you read that Gore plays for the other team?

  21. smoke screen or not, they brought laurie david into it. when you name names, you'd better be able to back it up.

  22. Hmmmm, which story shall we believer? The one where "2 guys with a knife and a gun" robbed Stephany the night before and coincidentally tried to rob her AGAIN in Urine's room, but killed her instead? OR the version where he left for coffee and returned to find her on his laptop reading his e-mail (how did she know the password?), OR this latest version where HE killed her.
I wish when they transferred him to prison, they'd thrown him to the crowd....ooopsie!
    BASTARDO!
FYI: He has two more brother's at home. I hope to God they aren't anything like him!

  23. He. Is. SCUM.

    LOL @Lisa (Original) - Urine..

  24. The AP is reporting that Joran's defense lawyer quit. He's getting death threats.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I don't blame the attorney for quitting. Who would want to defend this thug?

Yeah...can't they get in trouble for printing that photo??

    ReplyDelete
  26. I'm a former newspaper journalist, and as far as I know Star mag can't get in trouble for printing the photo of the girl's body.

It's really just a matter of ethics/good or bad taste. I'm sure they're getting a shitload of reader response/protest, but they're not violating anything by running the pic.

Ever since 9/11, it seems that news outlets are more willing to run pics of corpses.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Oh please oh please Peruvian Justice System--just throw him in with the rest of the prisoners! In a big gym. Let him be the soccer ball!

    ReplyDelete
  28. His Peruvian lawyer quit because, as someone put it, the crowds around the jails when Urine's been transferred look like "villagers with torches chasing the Frankenstein monster. Who wants to be associated with that?" The crowds would kill him if they could get to him. That he's trying to get sent back to Aruba shows he's scared shitless--if he stays in Peru, he's dead, one way or another.

  29. Look at old papers, they printed crime scene pics all the time, hell back in the day going to the execution was a day out for the family. Incidentally, it seems there was more law and order back in the day...
I'm glad they posted it, let people see what he did. I hope all the idiots I have had to deal with defending him see it. Not that I think it'll help. I am disturbed by how many young women I've heard say she "provoked him".
Poor Stephany, and poor Natalie, and God love however many young women whose names we don't know, who learned the truth about this monster.

  30. AOL NEWS

For now, van der Sloot is being held in his own cell at Miguel Castro Castro, not far from the prison director's office. If he is convicted of the murder charge, he faces 15 to 35 years in prison. Most of that time, Griffith said, likely would be spent in the "tourist section," where inmates from foreign countries are held.

"They try to keep the tourist section cordoned off so other prisoners can't get in, but during the course of your stay, you'll have to leave your dormitory and interact with other inmates," Griffith said. "You're going to have to go to the administration center, you're going to have guys coming in who shine shoes, bring drugs into a section, come in to prepare food, etc. Any one of these guys, for a $100 bill, will slit your throat. The prisoners would be lining up for the opportunity."

"Approximately 500 inmates, including 135 women, have brought lawsuits against the guards in that prison for physically abusing them," Griffith said. "Recently, a new warden took over. He was murdered the first day on the job. So this is what we're dealing with. If they got to the warden the first day, can you imagine what could happen to van der Sloot? It's insane."

  31. My first thought was: Watch the leaking/selling of these police documents be what gets him off. I don't know how the justice system works there but here a lawyer would argue no way in hell could the client get an impartial jury.
