Lady GaGa Flips The Bird To Mets Fans

Who knew Lady GaGa was a baseball fan? Actually I am not sure she is, but she was at the NY Mets game last night and was sitting down by the field but eventually grew tired of photographers taking her picture and just being amongst the regular, lovable people you will find at any NY sporting event. One Mets fan took the picture above and posted it to his Twitter. Good job Jimmie Kassab. So, she made the trek up to Jerry Seinfeld's box and when the photographers and people kept taking pictures, she decided to flip them the bird. She was then lustily booed as only NY sports fans can do.Of course they also might have been disturbed that she was only wearing the same outfit she was wearing in her Telephone video. Oh, and a bandanna.

  1. cue the backlash...one i've been waiting for. i know she's got a lot of fans, but apparently they were all too busy from 1983-2009 to see Madonna do it first, better and with more class.

  2. She's way too desperate for attention and I still do see her as the "musical genius" that so many people have claimed her to be.

  4. I'm quickly turning on her.

She has some great qualities, but don't dress for attention and then be pissy when you get it.

And did you see the outfit she wore to her sisters graduation? Attention seeking at it's finest.

  5. Oh Jax, you make me laugh. It's funny 'cause it's true.

  6. I still like her. After the music industry pumping out the same Jessica Simpson-type girls for years, I prefer the musicians that are actual musicians. Oh, and she's crabby and eccentric...and? Some people aren't dressing for attention, they just do what they feel and it gets them attention, whether they like it or not.

Oh, and sorry, but I don't know of any regular, lovable people at NY sporting events, so you lost me there.

    GO TWINS!

  7. I <3 her, and hey, have we forgotten about her ordering pizza for everyone in line while they were waiting for an album signing when it was raining in LA?

I know I know Madge did it better(I mean, Like a Virgin was my first record when I was a toddler) but common guys. There are many ppl and many many years of time on this planet. We cant just let someone claim one style or sound forever and bash someone else who comes along and tweeks it.

  8. That being said, if she is indeed wearing her Telephone video outfit to the game, well, thats just tacky~

  9. Um, every single article I've read today has said she was flipping off the PAPS, not the fans. It's just ridiculous to suggest otherwise.
    Go Gaga!

  10. I didn't like her when she first came out...but then I realized that she could really sing, and I loved her videos...but I honestly think she's starting to go insane.

I don't agree on Madonna being classier. Madonna may think that she has class, but I don't. LOL. Pot meet Keetle.

  12. I'm sure she was flipping off the paps. Calm down, Enty!

And yeah, Madonna being classier. Puh-lease. Have we forgetten her phase of slamming America before taking off to Great Britain with her pal, Goopy. That ain't class; that shit is rude.

  13. I love Gaga to pieces, I really do. And I understand her being frustrated and pissed off wtih sports journalists repeatedly taking her picture and distracting from the game itself. These weren't paparazzi, they were there to document the event itself.

However, she should have known better than to show up in full-on Gaga garb in the middle of the fifth inning. Yeah yeah, she's not a jeans and tshirt kinda girl. If she really wanted to be left alone she very well could.

The Mets suck anyway. Yankees for life!

  14. i like the manicured nail on that bird.

so she wanted to watch a game. yes, it's what you get when you're famous, but come on - "fans" is short for "fanatics" and i don't blame her for getting tired of it once in a while.

kind of surprising coming from her though, as it seemed a huge part of her image to be awesome to her fans.

but whatever. let the woman watch the ffffffing ballgame.

  15. it's not gonna end pretty w/ you, gaga, is it? :(

  16. According to what I heard today, she arrived in the 5th inning and changed into this outfit by the 7th. When the paps starting taking her picture she got pissed and continually gave them the finger. This was against ball park rules so they escorted her to Jerry Seinfeld's private seats which they shouldn't have because they didn't have permission. He later said it was okay with him.

She totally asked for the attention and caused the commotion.

  17. Aren't his 15 minutes up yet? If I was her sister (or ANYONE else attending the graduation) I would have kicked her ass. Show up looking like that in the middle of a game (ANY pro-game -- they LOVE showing celebs at that crap!) and then CLAIM you don't want to be photo'd. LIAR! She did practically the same pose at the hot-dog cart (no joke -- too easy) yesterday. It figures a Yankees fan would love Caca (thanks Mikey)!

    LET'S GO METS!

  18. eh, it's baseball.
sorry this is just a test, ignore mr.

  19. Hate this girl and I'm getting tired of her. I wonder too if her 15 minutes are up? After her Ace of Base cover and her fans accusing Christina Aguilera of plagiarism, I had enough. Girl copy and paste everything Madonna did it and comes off as artsy.

She goes to a sporting event with no clothes and expected what? If she wanted to be her self centered annoying eccentric self she could wear something like she wore on her sister's graduation. But famous or NOT, if you go to a sporting event with these kind of clothes people are going to look at you.

I'm glad some "new yorkers" booed her. They represented those who can't stand this chick anymore.
