Janine, Jesse, Sandra & Sunny

Yesterday was a big day in court in the ongoing saga that is Janine vs Jesse James and when Janine can see their daughter Sunny. Yesterday a judge ruled that Jesse James can move his daughter to Texas. He says he did it because she is doing well with Jesse and that she has such a strong bond with her two older siblings and it would be wrong to separate them.

The good news for Janine is that she is already separated from her drug dealing, convicted felon husband so hopefully he won't be around much. The judge has always used that marriage against her because when she married him she basically committed a probation violation and by being with him everyday was violating her probation everyday. Not good judgment. She has been clean for awhile and she shows up to court and has no lawyer and does a very good job of fighting for her daughter. So, for the next six weeks, until Jesse moves to Texas, Sunny will be staying with Janine. I know, I know. I am scared for the girl too.

If Janine makes it through that then I think she will be ok. Does she wait until Sunny goes to be before she does her porn shows on cam or does she sit Sunny down in front of the television while mommy "works?"

  1. I read somewhere that Janine will not keep Sunny for the rest of the summer vacation because Janine will bond closer with Sunny and it will break her heart when Sunny goes back to school in Texas. The judge gave her a month to have Sunny before school starts, and she uses this excuse not to take Sunny. Doesn't make sense to me.

At least Jesse can get the kids out of L.A. and closer to Sandra. Sounds like Jesse, his first wife, and Sandra will be doing what they can to provide a stable, safe environment for all of the children.

  3. Ok, correct me if I'm wrong (which is always possible) but, if Janine is not stable or good enough to keep custody of Sunny, if it's better for her to be hundreds of miles away from her, why would the judge allow her to stay for that long with her?

I know, that was a major long sentence.

  6. From what I've heard, I'd want to keep my daughter far far away from Janine. But a judge heard all the evidence and thought she was not only fit enough for unsupervised visits, but visits that last weeks at a time.

I have a real problem with custodial parents moving their kids out of state. It's not like Jesse has a job transfer. He's just moving because he feels like it without any motivating financial reason.

Sunny was born in LA. Jesse and Janine were married/divorced in LA. Jesse shouldn't be allowed to leave the area as long as Janine has visitation to the kid and objects. I'd feel the same if this was happening to my cousin or my next door neighbor.

  7. yeah, i'm concerned with him up and moving, too.
because i'm worried about his motivation. i'm sure sandy will love to be near the children, but i don't see that as truly being his priority. i think he's most definitely the better of the biological parents, but to move almost across country? i dunno.
that didn't make much sense. i can't really put it into words.
also, they've been fighting over this poor child for years, the judge finally gives her six weeks, and then she decides not to keep her that long (i read that too)?
total whack job. i hope sunny will be safe alone with her.
