Oksana Gives Interview To Radar - Says All The Tapes Were One Night

Oksana broke her silence and of course gave an interview to the website that has been providing the most financial support. In a video interview with Radar, Oksana would not really get into big specifics about the case because of the gag order the judge imposed. To me, this sounds like she still might get into trouble because she is kind of talking about the case.

She says that she recorded all the voice mails and conversations because she feared for her life that night. I, like I suspect many of you, thought the tapes were a series of calls over several days and nights or some other extended period. In fact, every tape we have heard is just from one night.

She says she did not know if she would survive the night so wanted some kind of record in case she died.

She says she did not try and extort any money from Mel Gibson and that all those stories about her doing it are just lies. She also says that she wants Mel to be good to their daughter and that Timothy Dalton is a great dad to their son and has been a tremendous help to her son and to her.

  1. I just don't know about this anymore.

  2. I actually feel for this woman, and tend to believe her. It is fairly obvious that Mel Gibson is a raving lunatic, and probably has been for a while. Does anyone else remember the South Park episode with him in it? LOL!

Oksana may be a gold digger, but no one deserves treatment like this. I hope he will be kept away from his young daughter until he can manage his anger, and that Oksana gets a truckload of his cash!

  3. Mel's camp is doing it's best to discredit her....just like any other abuser would do.

as i said before, i don't care if David Foster helped her tape Mel, those words don't change in context or out, he's a fucking monster.

  4. Me either Sue Ellen, and I want the whole thing to go away. The ending will be one that none of us could predict.

  5. {and that Timothy Dalton is a great dad to their son and has been a tremendous help to her son and to her.}

I hope that he keeps the boy for a mighty long time, and get him good counseling.

  6. No matter how you look at it or who you find more credible, this whole thing is horrible all around.

  7. If someone ever did this to me all in one night I'd be in Mexico before sunrise tomorrow. NO WAY would I tell anyone where I was or where I'd be until my lawyer, a friend/family member, and/or friends could help me get back home or elsewhere safely.

I've had to deal with Mel's kind before, but not to this extreme. This is the kind of stuff that causes the actual phone company to help put people in prison along with help from the police and Federal laws.

It's patently illegal to use the phone system to extort, illegally transfer money, issue endless threats...etc. These tapes were like listening to John Gotti's rants that were recorded by the FBI...and it only took a few of those wiretaps to put his ass away for life. In Maximum security prison. (Well, that and the RICO laws)

    One damn night.

I'm a tough old broad...accent on OLD, but now this is scaring ME.

To think I bought tickets to this man's movies for a decade; watched him star with Danny Glover and my idol Tina Turner...Not that this didn't make me sick before, but it's just that ultimate twist of the knife in the gut of Mel's fans.

It's Friday. Fuck him. I'm not listening to anymore of his shit; it's like a freakin' house dropped on me. I thought I knew weirdness when I saw it and/or dealt with it. I'm lucky I never knew ANYONE as far gone as Mel Gibson.

    Thank the Gods that be.

And thanks Enty and all the commentators here that put all of this shit into the proper context for me. I believed it almost from the start, but I thought there was something missing. Well, there probably still is, but that's his voice and that's him trying to work a deal with her 3 weeks after these recordings hit the 'net.

So there was some truth to this; and enough to hold him permanently responsible for such reprehensible behavior.

    So DONE with him....so done.

  10. she def needs to STFU now. Howard Bragman just quit her ass because she gave an interview outside a damn grocery store. He believes she is still a victim, but needs to restrain herself now.

  11. She's playing this very poorly and it will blow up in her greedy surgeried face too. Her second PR person left her this morning. She doesn't listen and is most definitely the source of the material. Radar is not helping her. At this point I think she'll end up with far less than 15 million, because she's stupid.

  12. ^^^LOL. I'm sure this is helping mel's damage control team.

  13. I said that she's not helping herself by opening her mouth and releasing the tapes at the beginning of this mess. I just keep shaking my head everytime something is released.

  14. I wonder if they've reached an agreement.

Why would Oksana speak now?Especially if there's a gag order.

But it was Radar screwed her case. TMZ noted last week that these calls took place on one day. No one picked it up so I thought it wasn't true. The call was taped in February. The alleged physical abuse in January. You're telling me Mel didn't lose control before and after that day? We need to hear the tapes leading up to the event.

Either way, I have no sympathy for either party. You want to cheat on your wife of 30 years and knock up some woman you barely know. FU.

You want to get pregnant with some guy with 6 kids, 3 under 18, who has a wife. Again FU.

These two selfish and self-serving *sses deserve each other.

  15. i don't think being "immoral" justifies domestic abuse.

  16. Agree. Just read the interview of another woman he was schtupping around the time Oksana gave birth. She claims he injected HGH and had a violent temper with her also, and that she feared him.

  17. I don't think being immoral justifies domestic abuse either. Unfortunately, as a criminal defense attorney, I'm cynical.

I know alot of people stay in abusive relationships because they are scared. But also, it's very scary how many people will claim domestic violence in order to get the upper hand in a divorce or paternity case.

Nothing makes physical abuse ok. Nothing makes screaming and abusiveness okay. But then again - I don't know that he did hit her. And I don't know what was actually in the full tapes. I've been known to scream and yell. You should have heard the things I was screaming at my crackhead ex when he kept me trapped in my house for 24 hours.

Not saying that happened here. I just don't trust her either. And we will never know the full, true story.

  18. If you are the victim of domestic violence and sexual assault, go to the authorities from day one. All of this plotting to show someone up (although it is justifiable) may blow up in your face.

  19. I too have been a bit concerned all along that all it's going to take is for her to make one provably false statement or one misstep (like in not complying with the gag order) and -- and this is totally unfair, but this is what will happen if she does -- she herself will in one fell swoop discredit herself.

  20. the thing is rebellious, is that when you are in a relationship with an abusive person, the abuse starts way before the actual hitting and is so subtle that many victims don't even realize they're being abused til after they've been beaten and because they've been emotionally beaten down, they're convinced they deserved it. top it off with the emotions of "i love him" and "he's such a good man 90%" of the time, it's hard for women to turn him in. abusive people pick "weaker" people, like someone who'se been victimized before, or who has low selfesteem- they target these people because it's easier to victimize them and harder for the victim to walk away.

it's so easy to say if someone hits you walk away, but we all aren't playing on the same emotional and mental playing field, sadly. i'm just glad she's ok. i hope she gets every fricken penny from this scummy monster, and i hope that pig loses everything and gets some jail time. you can't tell me he was a saint before her, and you can't tell me he's suddenly a changed man now. he's dead to me!

  21. Even in the tapes it is said that they were together for 3 years. It wasn't a fling.

  23. I agree with Ms. Leigh however it doesn't seem very smart of her to keep talking to the public BEFORE the case is resolved.
