WHICH fledgling fashion designer ruined a good relationship with an influential critic by failing to give her a prime seat at his recent show? The critic got payback in her review by calling the collection uninspired and suggesting the designer get some training.
I find it hard to believe about #2. Anybody knows how critics can kill you in the fashion industry.

ReplyDeleteFormer Yankee great, and my personal all-time favorite, Tino Martinez.
I love, love, love him, but he has a bad rep with the ladies. sort of famous for hanging at the bars checking out chicks (since we're talking 70s - 80s pickup lines!!)
and he was in town for the dedication of George's plaque in Yankee Stadium.
damn it, I love him.
