Billy Ray Files For Divorce

After 17 years of marriage, Billy Ray Cyrus is calling it quits with Trish Cyrus. Bill Ray filed for divorce citing the usual irreconcilable differences. He is hoping for joint custody of the kids, an equal division pf property and the stripper poles scattered throughout the house. Well, maybe that is just me thinking they have them. I bet they do. It will be interesting to see if Miley picks a side in all this. It also makes me wonder since Billy did the filing if something is about to come out which would show he was not married when something happened.

  1. Does anyone really have custody of the kids? I thought they were just allowed to do whatever they wanted? Oh yeah, that should read "joint royalties from the kids."

  2. Now Billy can come out as the bisexual that he is, Yayyyyyyy

  3. Can someone please explain what the last sentence of this post means?

  4. He was having an affair.

  5. Is this not an answer to some blinds?

  6. what?!? I am so blindsided by this! I mean look at those two, they were made in redneck heaven to be two parts of a whole! Maybe needed a little less soulpatch in her life.

  7. This is just really sad. It seems that with great success comes the worst results. Quite biblical, really. Here is a family who has it all. Succesful kids, lots of money, power, fame, the works. Very sad.

  8. Also, didn't Tish just change her legal name recently? Does anyone remember?

  9. Oh...just read she changed her name from Leticia Finley Cyrus to just Tish Finley Cyrus. I guess she will need to be filing more papers soon, but doubt she would want to drop the Cyrus.

  10. I guess this means Cyrus will now be free to marry Miley. Talk about redneck heaven!

  11. I'm wondering if we'll hear some dirt about the breakup of this marriage - I've been wondering for some time if both parents have been okay with the early sexualization of "Miley Cyrus".

  12. We'll probably mistake his new girlfriend for Miley! Kinda like Hulk Hogan.

  13. Borg Queen nailed it. Lohan 2.0.

  14. I simply cannot look at head-on photos of this woman! She scares the living daylights out of me. What is UP with that face? Has she had work or is she strung out or WHAT? Never thought she looked quite so freaky before but yesterday's pic on MK and now this pic? SCARY.

  15. She is so FREAKING SCARY! I cannot believe what a dog she is . She's as ugly as that Kim Raveer with the LONG face. Not that Billy Ray is a jewel, but dayum. SHe's a dog.

I wonder if Billy is the one that is having an affair with someone who is supposed to be his daughter on a show? Is there a second daughter?

  16. "...show he was not married when something happened" HMMMM.

  17. I'm with Selenakyle, she is creeeeepy looking! It's like her face is off balance. One eye is lower than the other...

  18. There's no second daughter on Hannah Montana, but Emily Osment's character is living with Miley and her family this season. But PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't let that be the answer to that blind. I think Emily is adorable, and seems to have a good head on her shoulders.

Add me to the pile of people thinking we're about to hear some good gossip from this family. Any parents who let their 16-yo daugher's boyfriend live with them have some messed up stuff going on in their own house.

  19. I thought I heard/read a rumor recently that Tish was having an affair with Bret Michaels.

  20. I think her eyes are too close together.

  22. Soooo have they been seperated and has he knocked up one of Miley's little friends? That last sentence leaves alot to the imagination.

  23. @Susan...i was thinking the SAME thing! maybe he was getting annoyed with her for teaching their 9 or 10 year old to dress like a street walker.

  24. The last sentence makes me think that perhaps Billy and his wife were not quite wed when Miley was born, but they've been lying about their marriage date.

  25. I am with Crystal I think they tried to cover up that Billy was having an affair with Trish before he was divorced and she was pregnant with Miley before they were married and he was legally divorced.

Not that it matters, but they do love to sell the good christian family BS to the masses. So I guess it would matter to the bible belters.

  26. I seem to remember hearing about Billy Ray (when single, way back when), getting served with paternity papers from some groupie/fan after the baby was born & then Groupie/Fan & Billy Ray became an item. I always thought the baby was Miley.

  27. Tish was in Billy Ray's Achy Breaky video and she set her sights on having him from the get go. Notice it says they have been married 17 yrs and Miley will be 18 next month lol.
Everyone is always talking about Billy Ray being the horrible dad well they better be looking at Tish as she is another Dina Lohan and has always been the one to make the decisions about the kids. He has been spending most of his time in Tennessee lately.

  28. This one shocked me. Mostly b/c there weren't really any rumors out there that they had problems.

I took Enty's last sentence to mean what @Crystalrope said.

Is Miley the same age as Lindsey when Meshy/White Oprah got divorced??

    ReplyDelete
  29. Crystalrope, anyone with enough brains to look at Billy Ray Cyrus' Wikipedia page can plainly see that he was married to Tish in Jan. 1993, two months after Miley was born. And please don't tell me you have the Dark Ages idea that a child born out of wedlock is a bastard! Lots of kids these days are born outside of marriage and it makes them no better and no worse than anyone else. And since more than half of all marriages end in divorce, I don't see why many of you make such a big deal out of it. It's a part of life; people grow apart, and it certainly says more about those of you who are slamming the Cyruses over this than it does about them.
