The Hoff Has Been Canceled

I know I did not watch either of the first two episodes of the reality show starring David Hasselhoff and his two daughters. Judging by the ratings no one else in the world watched it either and A&E has canceled the show. Only 500,000 people tuned into to watch the second episode which might be the reason. Also, dealing with The Hoff and his demands did not really endear himself to the network either. Not to worry though, The Hoff got a new job at Britain's Got Talent. He is replacing Simon Cowell.

  2. He's replacing Simon Cowell? You're kidding me, right? I can understand Germany's Got Talent, but Britain? wtf?

  3. No one wants to see a sad sloppy drunk who doesn't want help and is hurting his family.

  6. I admit I watched it on Sunday. It was the was the worst scripted piece of crap show I have ever seen.

They didn't even try to hide it was scripted with fake contrived situations like "lets see who can go the longest without caffine" or "our dog needs a therapist".

It wasn't funny, the Hoff is dumb the girls are spoiled and entitled. Hoff eating a drunken cheesburger was more real and honest then this show was.

  7. Who would have ever thought this was a good idea? Now we know why he was on DWTS - drumming up some interest in him, which didn't happen.

  8. I honestly think he was doing it more for his daughters than himself.

They both want acting & singing careers and I guess it was this or porn.

  9. I wish this meant that people are sick of reality shows, but I know it's not true. This show just didn't have anything for people to talk about the next day.

  10. I have them recorded, but haven't watched yet. Quite a blow to his ego.

  11. Let's face it, the commercial for the show was the best part of it. That show was a terrible example of scripting a reality show, all you end up with are stupid story lines and bad acting.

Keep playing the hairy baby commercial though because it is just that awesome!

  12. In this day and age, the show must have REALLY sucked if it got cancelled this early on. I'm sure for someone like the Hoff it was a huge ego blow. I would have only watched this show if it featured him making more music like "Jump in my Car."
