There are a lot of things I think about when I think of Rumer Willis. Number one among those is why the hell am I thinking of Rumer Willis. When these odd thoughts do pop into my head, the one thing that has never crossed my mind is her modeling. Not even modeling, but Badgley Mischka has gone so insane they are going to make Rumer Willis the face of their brand. Now that the acting thing is not really working, Rumer apparently going to give this modeling hing a shot. Honestly, if she was not the daughter of Bruce & Demi would she ever see a hint of this? No, of course not.

ReplyDeleterumer has always been an interesting mix of her parents. She looks quite a bit like Demi, yet there is NO denying that Bruce is her dad. I'm not going to bag on her appearance, but I do think the ONLY reason she got this gig is due to her name. meh. I'm not buying Badgley Mischka anytime soon, so I guess this doesn't really affect me at all.

Audrey is very mature and exactly right. There's no need to denigrate this girl's looks -- particularly because they're really NOT that bad. She's not Jocelyn Wildenstein, for Chrissakes! She just hasn't had as much reconstructive fuckery as her jacked-up, pointless mother. Yet. And she looks a lot better now that she's no longer slouching all the time.

Gisele will never be hired to design rockets, I will never obtain a professional football contract, and this chick is not pretty enough to rank with other women who are strictly paid to be lovely and display clothing and/or cosmetics.

You guys are tough! She's got a great figure and an interesting face -- granted it's not your typical "pretty girl" face, but kudos to Mischka for going with a more interesting look. I'll be very curious to see their ads. Why are people so mean when it comes to Rumer? I love that she doesn't feel intimidated by her lack of classic features and is boldly stepping out into the world to make her mark. I'll take Angelica Houston and Paloma Picasso over the Hills girls any day!

Agree with Audrey. Those sort of comments make me uncomfortable. She's not a classic beauty for sure, but so many models these days are very much "non-classical" also.

I truly feel bad for her. She not ugly but not even close to beautiful. Her jaw line is her major flaw. What can you though? I don't think there is a surgical fix for that. She has a great body though.

She doesn't have the looks to be a model but has gotten a major modeling gig anyways, which she NEVER would have gotten without mommy n' daddy pulling strings. I have no respect for her.

Being famous, what else was she going to do? And with a mother so beautiful and a father so beloved by kaboomers.
