Charlie Sheen Speaks

Charlie Sheen gave an interview to E! and tried to explain much of the rumors that have been flying around over the past few days. He says that his dad is not trying to get a conservatorship over him and that his show is not going to be canceled. There is no way Charlie would want that show to be canceled because that is his money stream for hookers drugs and porn stars. If that ran out then he might actually be forced to confront his problems and find a normal woman to date. Either that or a washed up porn star or maybe Janine. Can you imagine the insanity if those two got together. That is a reality show.

He also says that between the war in Egypt and all the weather that he cannot believe how people are interested in him and his personal life and that we should get our priorities straight. I say watching him makes all the other troubles easier to watch. There is only so much doom and gloom someone can watch every news cycle.

He also thanks all his fans. He has some? He also thanked everyone at work and all his bosses for their support but failed to mention any of his family.

  1. If I am not mistaken, Martin Sheen had a problem with alcohol. He got help, and I am sure that he wants to help Charlie. Apparently, he doesn't want help.

Maybe he should terminate his parental right, so he can coke and slut it up.

  2. Meh, it's Charlie Sheen. This is who he is and I accept him for it.

Nothing I hear about him would be shocking.

I think no differently of him, he's still a funny guy with a hit show. Every guy I know watches Two And A Half Men religiously. They watch all of the re-runs and everything. And they are not bad guys. I love his show too!

  3. I'm a fan.
A fan of him permanently passing out somewhere.

  4. I love it when celebrities mess up and then use problems of the world as a useless attempt to deflect attention. Never works.

  6. Sometimes I catch myself thinking...y'know why DO we care? I guess I don't. At the end of the day, he parties but shows up to work on time (when not forced into rehab). It's tragic for his kids to know this stuff, but if he were just a guy with no kids, I don't think anyone would care. Or maybe I'm just getting used to Charlie just being Charlie ;)

  7. So I recall the porn star from his last escapade saying that his teeth were all rotten from drugs and he has gold teeth.

Can anyone refute, confirm? I can't recall ever seeing his teeth on his show (when I used to think it was funny, now I can't stomach him playing himself on tv)

  8. I care about wars and weather, but I need trainwreck entertainment breaks, often provided by Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan. This does not mean I care about either one.

  9. I like a good trainwreck myself, Jenny - that's why I'm here. ;) I was thinking more about how everyone keeps trying to push him into rehab...he doesn't think he has a problem, clearly, so whatevs. He obviously uses more drugs than the average "recreational" user, but it's his choice. Prosecute him for trashing rooms and smacking on his wife, but I wouldn't bother trying to get him into rehab anymore.

  10. Jenny, you said it perfectly.

  11. It's getting to the point that I wish that Charlie and Lilo would hook up and go drive off a cliff together. Jeez, they are both as predictable as clockwork.

  12. Yeah, RocketQueen. He likes his lifestyle and does not care about the damage it does to his children and co-workers. Rehab for Charlie is a joke. Not worth the bother.

One fun part with Charlie and others is that their "hookers" are no longer quiet and in the background. Some have the tabloids on speed-dial.

  13. Should he even be giving interviews from "Home Rehab?"

Oh, Charlie, we DO take the situation in Eygpt and "all the weather" seriously.

What we DON'T take seriously are people like you & the Lindsey Lohans of the world that use world/national tragedy to deflect from their own personal situations.

I think the likelihood of Sheen finding a "normal woman to date" & getting seriously sober are slim to none.

  14. The reason he didn't mention his family is because his family is trying to save his life. Yeah, that's fair.

  15. I think it's not so much that people still "care" about Charlie's well being per se. It seems as if people are wondering how many different ways can he break the law and not be punished other than the punishment that is his tortured soul.

  16. Will we surprised when we hear he is dead?

  18. I just cannot believe this guy hasn't had an RDJ dose of jail time yet. He's had his crazy "wake up in the bed of a neighbour" moment with the pornstar locked in the bathroom and then used a 5 ho nite with a briefcase of blow as an encore. The cops are called every time, how on God's green earth is he not held for more than 12 hours each time? His rap sheet alone stretches back decades and is longer than your average carnival employee's is.

Between this and Ronni Chasen's "murder investigation" I have more faith in Randy & Evi Quaid than California law enforcement. (Though to be fair he got off in Colorado, too, right?)
