Random Photos Part Two - Tony Awards

Apparently Al Pacino thinks the headband makes him look cool. It did get him a date with someone who is 40 years younger than him.
Christie Brinkley and a dress that looks ready to fall off.
Probably the best I have ever seen Edie Falco look.
Same awards show but a different wife this year for Kelsey Grammer.
Congrats to Matt Stone and Trey Parker for winning the big award for Book Of Mormon.
Randomness. David Hyde Pierce and Helen Reddy.
Catherine Zeta Jones and Bono.
Daniel Radcliffe and Matthew Broderick who actually looks good.
Alec Baldwin drew the short straw and had to prop up Ellen Barkin all night.
Hugh Jackman looking very young. Probably because he did not have to host this year.

  1. Pacino's headband: "fashion" or medical?

Edie: Oh how I adore you.

Ferris Bueller: I think it's been years since I've seen you look happy. Happy and not teetering on the edge of looking like a old man.

  2. *LOL* Al Pacino - so delightfully nuts in his older age. Gotta love it.

What's the verdict on Christie Brinkley? Plastic surgery or no? She looks great, I'm just curious!

  3. I love Al--if I was single, I'd date him.

  4. @Maja - Christie Brinkley looks frozen. I think it is safe to say she has a plastic surgeon on payroll.

  5. Christie Brinkley looks like a Barbie doll, big hair and all.

Wow, Matthew Broderick looks 10 years younger. And Hugh, sigh. . .looks yummy.

Al Pacino looks ridiculous especially with the bimbo on his arm lol.

I think Christie's plastic boobs is what's holding the dress up LOLOL.

    Love Nurse Jackie..

  10. I thought Christie Brinkley was Kelly Ripa!

  11. Al, what the hell? A headband and a shiny vest? Get thee to a stylist posthaste.

Christie B. looks lovely if her face wasn't frozen in suprise by her small dress.

that's the best Edie has looked in years.

Kelsey, your daughter looks lovely but do you thuink a red carpet is the place for a nightgown? --What? That's not his daughter and that large ill fitting thing is not a nightgown? (Sarcasm)

I like DHP. he has always seemed like a class act.

Wow Matthew Broderick looks YOUNGER. Did Harry Potter preform some magic and make SJP disappear?

Ellen B. ,Sweetie at least put on a lipstick.Your lips look like death.

NPH and HUGH! NPH is so likeable and Hugh is so lickable. How can you not love them?

  12. I love Al Pacino's date sticking her boobs out as far as possible in this look at me!! not him!! look at my boobies!!! kind of way.

  13. BTW - I love Helen Reddy.

  14. I'm so tired of it being accepted that the guys date girls 30-40 years younger than them. Wish Ellen Barkin had showed up with a 20 year old stud. She looks great, and she won! Anyone know Enty's beef with her? Is she a recent blind?

  15. I think Christie is haveing past mid-life crisis ..sad.

    Hugh...delish...

Remember when Ellen Barkin was sooo sexy.

    CZJ looks awful.

  16. Yay Matt and Trey!
And people say South Park is drivel and only filled with fart jokes.
Way to show em that there is intelligence behind the cartoon boys!

And also still a lot of fart jokes ;P

p.s. I kinda maybe want to bang Harry Potter. (maybe that marathon of movies last week brainwashed me or something?) But dayum. Oh no, I hope this doesnt make me look pedophile-ly now? Shit

  17. @Ardleigh-LOL about Kayte's dress!!! I thought the same thing. But honestly...isn't that her wedding dress or just about the same dress? Just awful looking on her! Kelsey is seriously disturbed and has absolutly "no faccia" as my grandmother used to say!

  19. I love Helen Reddy. My freshman year at college, my voicemail greeting was "I Am Woman, Hear Me Roar" in its entirety.

@Jasmine -- I think Daniel is a hot piece, too -- but not as hot as Rupert. :-)

CZJ looks...wonky. I used to think she was the most beautiful woman alive, and I probably still would if she hadn't tragically messed with her face. WHHHHYYYYYYY!??!

Christie *does* kinda look like the drunkest mom at the Debutante Ball, but that's an incredible color on her, and she STILL looks better than most of the women in these pictures.

    Edie does, indeed, look incredible.

Kelsey Grammar is such a choad. I have, like, this irrational dislike for his child bride, too. She's just so BORING. Camille is cray cray, but at least she's everything a trophy wife *should* be.

Al Pacino looks just like the kind of guy you dread sitting next to on the bus.

    OF COURSE it was! *L*

  21. @Maja -- I'm just an embryo (with a long, long way to go). Clearly. ;-)

  22. "in numbers too big to ignore..." Loved that song! And where are CZJ's hips?

    ReplyDelete
  23. At her age, Christie Brinkley looks awesome! Beautiful color of dress, toned arms, that multi-divorced chin held high...I am totally jealous.

Young Mr. Broderick! I swear, there is a portrait (deep in a closet), getting older and older...

    Maybe Angelina IS the portrait.

  24. Kid Sis - if it makes you feel better, Hugh Jackman's wife is about 11 years older than him. Makes me love him more. And that photo of him and NPH should be the top photo, ENTY!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  25. I ask the following question in all sincerity, no snark intended.

Are Matt Stone and Trey Parker a couple?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Kid Sis, I don't think Enty dislikes Ellen Barkin at all, I think he just hates how she froze her face.

"And people say South Park is drivel and only filled with fart jokes."

Some of the time it is, but sometimes it is brilliant!

  27. Oh, and I don't think Ellen was Alec's date - didn't he bring a 20-something yoga instructor?

    ReplyDelete
  28. How nice for Al Pacino that he's the perfect height to motorboat his date.

  29. I was raised Mormon (and got the hell out). After seeing the bit last night, I MUST see, 'Book of Mormon'. It looks great!

CZJ looks stunning. NPH and Hugh make me want to be a gay man. Or a beard.

Matthew Broderick got a little too much work done around the eyes - but other than that he's looking pretty good, though when did he become a stuffy old man? I loved him back in the day.

Alec Baldwin. Yes! He's a pretty good Tweeter, too.

  30. CZJ looks really good. Al Pacino, so sad. Christie Brinkley does not look like herself. Hugh........ Dude, you rock!

  31. "The drunkest mom at the Debutante Ball?" OMG, that's the funniest thing I've heard all day.

How can she look so good and so strange at the same time?

Ellen may have jacked up her face, but she gave a good speech last night.

The Book of Mormon scene was hilarious, I'd love to see it. Sister Act didn't grab me so much.

I wonder how stressed out CZJ was being out and so public like at the Tony's. I gotta give her props for that.

  32. My head almost exploded from the NPH/Hugh number. Two awesome men being funny while singing and dancing. If we could just bottle that and sell it...

Love that NPH is keeping up his pointing thing in photos. It's cheesy as hell but he's committed to it. Time to hire him for the Oscars.

Dan Radcliffe was IMPRESSIVE in that number from How to Succeed. He may not be the best singer, but his dancing was right up there and he should have been nominated. It's a shame he's so damn short, I'm sure it limits some of his roles, but if LOTR is ever a musical, he's got another gig.

Book of Mormon needs to come to LA, stat. That number was great. Matt and Trey are fantastic satirists, don't let the fart jokes of Southpark completely cloak some of the great ideas hiding within the episodes.

  33. HAHA Trey is even wearing a 'priestly' collar HAHA

  34. Al got him some boobies, yeah! He looks very pleased with himself, silly headband and all.

Matthew Broderick definitely lost some weight, which makes him look years younger. More relaxed too. Maybe he's doing yoga or having more sex, who knows.

And Hugh Jackman, {{sigh}} be still my foolish heart!

  35. MadLyb - I am super late with this comment, but if you are/were Mormon, you definitely need to go see the musical. Even if you aren't, it's hysterical! My family and I went and saw it in preview, when tickets were half the price and it wasn't sold out. I had been following news of this story ever since I heard about the idea for the project a few years ago. I also grew up Mormon and my dad was a missionary. He noted how accurate the missionary experience is presented (I can't give away too much without spoiling it for you). Even if you can't see it on Broadway, I wouldn't be surprised if they make it into a movie within the next few years.
