That's not like a pacifier in Suri Cruise's mouth is it? She is 5.
Sarah Michelle Gellar takes her daughter to ballet.
The second two headed baby this year born in Brazil. Both heads were breast feeding from their mother.

LOVE little Charlotte Prinze's tutu-and-combat-boots ensemble!

Honestly, I don't know if that's a pacifier in Suri's piehole, but at this point I would not be shocked if it was. And why do Katie's legs look so heavy?

I guess I'm a bad person -- that two-headed baby kind of creeps me out.

  5. Thanks Enty! I am honored to have my reader photo (#4)in the same set as the two headed baby. I feel special! Happy holidays to you and to all of the awesome and hot CDAN readers.

  6. Sorry but isn't it considered to be 2 babies, and not a two headed baby? Esp. if they're both able to breast feed..

  7. That's not a pacifier, it looks like part of the sweater she's wearing under the coat.

  8. I'm in the Reader #3 picture AND it's my birthday!!! It was meant to be!

  9. Gotta agree with FS .. I think that is something other than a pacifier .. perhaps it is a scarf???

Holy crap! Seems like only yesterday folks were freaking out about Sarah's drinking out of a Starbuck's cup while preggers and now little Charlotte is walking and apparently reading! That little outfit is just kicking my ass! Too cute!

Conjoined babies just kick my ass, too. But in a really bad way. They make me so sad. I worry about their lives and health. I hope these little cherubs make it and have as good a life as can be. Here is hoping they become Brazil's [And the World's] first conjoined World Cup winning goalie!

  10. Happy Birthday and Day of CDAN Fame, Dana! Many happy returns!

  11. I do wish those babies well. On a good not they at least are not conjoined by the head although those that have been make a good life for themselves.

Which one are you Dana? Left blue or right blue in #3? Happy birthday!

  12. Suri isn't chewing on anything; she's just holding a backpack in front of her face.

  13. Hi CDAN readers!! Pic 4 totally made me smile... Oh - and happy birthday, Dana! Cute pic!

Is Sarah Michelle Geller pregnant? Love her little girl... Just found out I am having a girl and I was just thinking about getting to do this type of activity!

The babies are super-cute, I hope everything works out okay but I don't see this ending well. I kind of wish the picture wasn't posted though because it seems like it was posted to be made fun of which isn't cool.

  15. If you're big enough to wear high heels then it's past time to give up the binky.

  16. La Pachuquita - you look like you were having a great time! Love it!

The conjoined twins, yeah that came kind of out of nowhere. How could they possible separate them? Are they going to have to live like that for the rest of their lives? So sad.

  17. I can't help it, I am obsessed with conjoined twins. MUST get more info on these. Look between their heads, what is that? looks like another ear or something?

Dana, Happy birthday! We're almost twins, mine is tomorrow :-)

  18. Happy Birthday to Dana and Figgy!

La Pachuquita, your photo KILLED me!

Russell Crowe is going to be on an episode of a Cdn tv show Jan 11th. Not playing himself.

If I don't get to come on before Christmas, have a Merry one everybody!

How could conjoined twins have any quality of life?

Usually I don't care about kids but Sarah Michelle's little girl is ridiculous cute. Buffy would have a little girl like that.

  20. I wish the little ones lots of luck--only 4 sets of dicephalus twins have lived to adulthood, and most of those w/significant health issues. My guess is that these two boys/girls wouldn't be able to be separated, as they probably have too many organs in common. The only two I can think of who seem to be well and happy and living normal lives are Abigail & Brittany Hensel--they're 21 now, I think, and IIRC one of them is engaged.

  21. I hate to be the one to point this out, but I think that's actually a three headed baby....there's a third hat and a 'floating' ear. I don't think it's a viable head, but I think it's there nonetheless.

    ReplyDelete
  22. It sure does look like another hat and smaller head but its just two. This came from Daily Mail, something Enty reads daily.
The article says there are two brains and two spines and refers to them both as a singular and plural. There are no plans for surgery. The mother was expecting twins and has shown no shock or displeasure. She is eager take her child/ren home.

  23. If Suri is wearing a genuine fur coat, I'll puke. It's fake, right?

  24. I love all the reader photos but especially #4 - looks like good times :)

Sarah Michelle Gellar's kid is adorable!

    Looking good, readers!

Cojoined twins always make me sad for some reason.

  28. @Dana - Happy B'day!

CDAN Calendar reminder: Tomorrow are Geebz and Figgy. We'll drink for your health, and start Christmas celebrations early!

Can't help but feel pain for those babies. We complain so much in this time of year about buying this and wanting that, while young children like these don't even have the chance to lead half the quality of life and freedom we lead and take for granted.

Wish them love and happiness in their lives. And to all of you CDANERS! You Rock!

  29. I'm Reader #1 and I'm THRILLED to be under Russell Crowe...if only :-)

  30. From what I heard on the news tonight, the conjoined twins have two brains & two spines, but share only one set of organs. In that case, I wonder what the point would be of breastfeeding both? Unless it's a nurturing thing?

  31. AnnMac..I'm submitting a pic of me so you can see our resemblence

  32. Love the reader pics today!

    Happy Birthday, CDAN December babies!

    That's a backpack w/ Suri, not a paci.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Well if you are breastfeeding one, I am sure the other would love to latch onto the other breast!

Poor little things. The most important think to me though is that they are not referred to as a "two-headed baby." It's just cruel. They are two separate little people who share a body. Two brains-two people

    ReplyDelete
  34. Why, oh why, are we looking at a two headed baby?!?!??! That is all.

    ReplyDelete
  35. The 2 headed baby will be just fine, if the body is healthy. They will be born and raised together, and to them, it will be completely normal, just like when a child is born without a limb. They're so used to it, it's normal for them.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Man, we have some good lookin' readers over here on CDAN! Every one I've seen has been gorgeous!

I hope the conjoined babies have a good life ahead of them. They're really very cute and I pray that they remain healthy. BTW, I love Will's idea! :-)

Happy birthday to Dana and happy holidays to all! This truly is the best of all the gossip sites with such nice and fun readers! Y'all rock. :-)

Jewels, both babies need to suckle in order to develop the muscles in their mouths and jaws. That, along with the nurturing and sense of intimacy, is why I imagine they are both breastfeeding.

    ReplyDelete
  38. God! I hope they allow that two headed baby to just be.

I am so sick of us trying to make everyone "normal." Oddities are a goddamn blessing.

    Ted Bundy was "normal."

Chris Burke is deemed not and I'd sooner have a chris burke than a ted bundy for a kid. Wouldn't you?

(or a Dori and George or whatever Lori's going by these days. The Allentown conjoined twins, incase you were wondering)

  39. I'm in the picture with the birthday girl, Dana. Happy birthday to all the other December babies!

  40. I love photo #4!! As for the babies, Abby and Brittany Hensel seemed really well-adjusted in the most recent interview I saw with them (which has been a few years ago now). Some people are born different, and it's hard, but with enough love I think they can go on to enjoy their lives.

    Happy Holidays everyone!
