Kimberly Wyatt Says Pussycat Dolls Don't Get Along And She Can't Afford To Buy A House

Former Pussycat Doll, Kimberly Wyatt is a judge on some talent show in England. Does it really even matter which one at this point? Anyway, despite the money she made from Pussycat Dolls and the money she is getting for judging the show, she says that she cannot afford to do more than just rent an apartment. She says that lots of people made money off the Pussycat Dolls but that was not one of them. She says she just did alright, but is not wealthy. In the no surprise here announcement she also said that none of the former Dolls gets along with any of the others. So, no reunion?

  1. this is not a shock, because the anton woman got a ton of money and the PCD did all the work. She basically owned them.

  2. She is an AMAZING dancer. My eye would always be on her instead of that Nicole chick. She has this awesome prescence when she's dancing.

  3. ^^ ditto.

Anton has (had?) a good gig with the PCD. From what I've heard, the doll's never got along with one another and Anton didn't help matters.

They had what, three or four singles? How much money could they have made? And they were all easily replaceable. Why would I even think they would be rich from that?

  5. Anton made Nicole the star. Some of the other PCDs didn't even have their mics on.

I miss that show with Anton's brother. Jonathon? He was awesome. He was either having a meltdown and screaming, or he was crying/blubbering like a little girl.

  6. Not shocking really given that PCD's members were employees, with Anton collecting all the cash akin to what Kurt Franklin did with all of his choirs. The employees do all the public work (dancing, singing, etc), while Anton did the work of pulling the music and the promotion together. She had the means of production, and they weren't smart enough to realize that they could have teamed up with someone and reaped bigger benefits on their own. The unfortunate reality of life in the 'Wood.

  8. nolachickee, I love Jonathan and miss his show. I remember him playing "Doncha" and giving his sister a plug before the Dolls were big. The last I heard about him he was getting divorced.

The girls had their time, but gimicky groups usually don't last long.

  9. She was born in a small town in MO. Surely she made enough to buy there. Not Hollywood, but to say you can't do more then rent an apartment is not correct. You can't buy a house where you want to buy a house.

  10. That woman who owned the concept seemed like a real shark-- I agree they were probably all on straight salary and maybe even Nicole had to claw to get a percentage.

  11. A lot of people can't afford to buy a house. Get over it!

  12. She can move in with me. She's hot.

Like Tracyh wrote above if she decided on a place outside of L.A. or New York she could probably afford an okay place. I hope she's not one of these people like Mitt Romney that considers several hundred thousand dollars "Not much."

  13. I'm on board with everyone else; totally makes sense. Especially given that condo prices in L.A. start at $500,000. Only the top percent of the top percent of actors and singers make $$$...the rest make scale.

  14. If she's working in England - of course she can't afford a house.

Have you seen the real estate prices in London?
