Wow, lots of pretty dresses. Angie's wrist looks like it could cut glass. George deserves to giggle holding onto his healthy looking girlfriend. Who looks fabulous.
I didn't think Angelina could look any thinner and then there she goes just to prove me wrong. Its not a joke anymore the veins on her arms are worse that Madonna's...and her face is starting to take the toll...just how much filler can they pump into her face anyway ? How many tweeks is too many tweeks...she is beginning to look like a caricature.

Second the comment that Angelina never stopped the drugs and that while it is possible to be a chubby opiate addict, it's also possible to be a skinny control freak opiate addict (I'm guessing she falls into camp #2). Either that or she is seriously ill. I would put that photo up against Calista Flockhard in Ally McBeal days in terms of total lollipop head/body dysmorphia. Great example to set for your own kids let alone all the randoms worldwide who worship you. And the glassy stare only completes the look.

I think Stacy Keibler is absolutely gorgeous. Best dressed of the night, imo.
Emma Stone looks like a vintage Barbie Doll. I think it is a lovely look for her, What everyone said bout Angie---that photo makes you really notice how emaciated she is. Maybe she is pregnant. She looked like that the last two times also.

Whoever dressed Lea Michele in the color should have their as s kicked. It pulls all her veins out and makes her look like the undead. And yes, while floor length is de rigueur, she clearly needed an alteration.
Stacy K looked fantastic and she and George looked like a couple who might actually have something to talk about on occasion.
Don't think Angie is pregnant and if she is, she needs to re-think it...I still think the twins have issues ...a pregnant woman needs to nourish that baby...and well that lets Angie out...
I can't wait for the Oscars to be over so I won't have to suffer seeing George Clooney and his latest arm candy. Over him and them. That being said...

It is refreshing to see Michelle Williams in color for a change. Too bad the dress and shoe combo is so awful.
Has Lea Michele ever worn a shoe that actually fits her and isn't 5 sizes too big? She needs to stop trying so hard before she breaks something. The dress is okay but I think it would have worked better in a different color. Her hair looks pretty, though.
@renoblondee- I feel horrible for your cousin. Unfortunately I have had the experience of knowing a few people who are in the same boat (or have not yet gotten to the recovery part, or who died before they could). I'm not a doctor or anything more than an anecdotal reference having seen what it has done to too many of my friends from college, or my husband's friends from high school and college. But I do know that some of opiate users stay on the opiate substitutes for longer than they are supposed to when drs try to wean them off, in rehab or otherwise/use them to get high/buy them on the black market as opposed to getting them from doctors and taking them under the supervision of a dr. If AJ isn't a straight up illicit user any more, this is what I suspect she is up to, and I have to think if a (responsible) doctor was involved she wouldn't look like that. But you raise a good point, it's different for each person, and there are some people for whom maybe it is the right thing to do to keep them on some low level of opiate permanentally. Either way it's very sad and nothing to be glorified.
This is all my speculation and its totally possible that there is nothing more up w AJ than she needs a sandwich!
