Nothing Is Going To Happen To Brooke Mueller

Brooke Mueller will not serve jail time and if she behaves herself all the charges against her will be dropped. Drug dealers in Aspen you should all be rejoicing. Wait. How come they are not? Because the dealers who had the same amount of coke in their possession but are not named Brooke Mueller are in jail. Even though Brooke had enough coke on her to qualify as intent to distribute and hit a woman, her attorney is going to get her off from serving any jail time and provided she does some community service her record will be wiped clean. I'm guessing the two month stay in rehab helped her cause. But did it help her? Plus, I bet even if she gets in trouble in LA, her deal will be such that because it did not happen in Colorado, nothing will happen to her.

  2. And this is where our justice system puts everyone in danger. She needs to be put away to protect the rest of us. The whole system is broken. It's things like this happening everywhere that are putting our society at risk.

  3. Fuck her, then. Just fuck her. And fuck the Aspen DA and all of them.

If I'd been caught with more than an 8-ball of coke after assaulting someone, I'd be vilified and thrown under the jail here.

Whatever. I only care about their poor children, who have probably ZERO chance at a normal, clean life.

  4. Let's start a pool on how long it will be before this skank is found dead at Chateau Marmot & Lindsey serves time, a la Cathy Smith, for administering the final 8 ball.
Well we can hope can't we??

  5. Open letter to all criminals:

Please move to Aspen, Colorado and go buck wild. There are no prison sentences in Aspen, Co.

    Sincerly,

    Society

  6. Of coures...she's a celebrity. Did you expect her to actually be punished for her crimes?

@timebob...why should she move to Aspen, CO to not serve a prison sentence, when she's not serving one living in California? If you're a celebrity living anywhere, you'll get off it seems.

  8. I'm just amused that ENT thinks they were going to do anything at all to her.

  9. I guess the universe has decided that being addicted to Charlie, among other things, is punishment enough for her lifetime.

This does her no good. She's probably snorting to her victory as I type.

I really don't care about her at all and wish there'd be no coverage of her whatsoever but I'm questioning the writing of this post. Were there other dealers with the same amount that were jailed? And if so, were they all men or were any female (and mothers)? Because it's really easy to write "omg, she got off and others didn't" and be indignant with absolutely nothing to back it up.

How is anyone in danger from Brooke Mueller? Apart from her kids, maybe.
