Bobby Brown Pleads In DUI Case

Didn't Bobby Brown say he had been drinking, but was not drunk when he was arrested for DUI? Yeah, well I guess he changed his mind since he pleaded no contest yesterday. Well, his attorney did. Bobby was probably in a bar somewhere shouting to everyone around him that he wasn't drunk. Bobby won't get any jail time, but does have to go to alcohol school and serve three years probation. If he was a good dad, he would take Bobbi Kristina along with him to alcohol school. I get the feeling that the next year there is going to be a very interesting one when it comes to the relationship of Bobby and Bobbi. He always needs money and she is going to have lots and lots of it.

  1. I thought whitney died broke, that even if her estate made money, it wld go towards debts. I think like her mother, she lives off kindness of others. I remember i think either sean penn said it, or it was said about him,"hez not a drunk, hes just a good drinker", lol. And bobby, for the love of christ, stop reproducing!!!!!!

  3. BB is out on tour right now - he is actually scheduled to perform in our downtown arena tomorrow night. So yeah, he atty had to plead for him - because you know - he's a celeb and doesn't have to physically be in court.

I just love how celebs get out of shit just because they're celebs. Such BS!

  5. I wonder if they think all the slaps on the wrists of celebrities are helping their inherent narcissism that creates their belief that they are okay and above the law

  6. way to backpedal. i don't like him, but years and years in cali have taught me that i like cali courts even less. this is going to turn out to be a simple slap on the wrist, as always.

Even if you aren't a celebrity, you don't have to be physically present in court for a misdemeanor case. California Penal Code Section 977 allows your attorney to appear for you in vitually any misdemeanor allegation with a few exceptions. No special treatment there. You just never here about Joe Sixpack who was arrested for DUI, hired an attorney, and never showed up in court.

Now, if BB hired a more competent attorney as opposed to one who ran her mouth to the press, he may have had a better defense and gotten away with less. But he didn't because he's an idiot, you know, being Bobby Brown.
