Happy Cinco De Mayo
As is my tradition every year, I started drinking at the break of dawn and fully intend to keep on drinking until I pass out. At the rate I'm going I should be down for the count about 4pm. Anyway, because of the early drinking, the blind item to be revealed will be tomorrow. Everytime I scroll through all the blind items, I'm having a tough time focusing and almost revealed one I shouldn't, just because I'm too buzzed. I'm so buzzed that it looks like Mr. Burns is real. He is still alive? Homer hasn't killed him yet?

ReplyDeleteI HAVE noticed this blog has changed dramatically over the last month or two. Someone once said in one of the comment strings they thought it was multiple people posting here. I tend to agree.

I have been coming to your sight for the last three years and never have commented, but lately the tone of some posters has been quite annoying/ upsetting and different from the normal tone of your site. I totally agree there have been changes over time, people come and go, the tea gets hot and cold and then piping hot again. However, just wanted to say while I respect all the posters varying opinions- I am really grateful to enty for all the entertainment over the years!! I hope you really are getting sloshed and enjoying yourself out of the basement for a bit!!

ReplyDelete@noel and Deborah, agreed that the comments have been particularly troll-heavy lately. My theorey is that many of them are from Hollywood PR agencies trying to protect their clients by de-legitimizing Enty.

I agree. This blog is free people. Enty doesn't owe us anything. And it is consistently one of the best blogs out there. Yes some blinds are hard for me to stomach. But I use my free will and just don't guess on those. Enough is enough. If you don't like the blog go elsewhere. If you don't like enty or think he is gone, fine. But please stop talking about it endlessly. It's lame. And insulting frankly.

ReplyDeleteI come here for the comments too. There are some wise contributions and some funny remarks. There is some controversy and time to time, enlightenment. But there are commenters who I would love to sit down with a beer and others I couldn't give two shits about. Either way, I am totally addicted. I used to read Perez, then Dlisted but once I found CDAN I pretty much stayed here.
