Bobby Brown Gets Married

Somehow Bobby Brown managed to find someone who was willing to marry him. I know he was engaged to Alicia Etheredge, but I just assumed he owed her money so she was sticking around until he paid her off. That is also why I thought she was going to every concert of every New Edition show to be there when any money passed through hands so she could get paid first. It turns out she might actually like the guy. The couple got married yesterday in Honolulu. Bobby kept everything classy as he got married in a red suit and sneakers while the bride and bridal party wore white. Bobby figured that if he wore white it would just get a bunch of red wine stains on it anyway, so might as well just do it in advance.

  5. Are those all his kids in that picture? Do you guys think he and Lil Wayne get together with their kids? They'd have to rent out the Staples Center.

  6. Yeah, how many of those kids are his? They look close in age, so I'll guess only half are his.

  7. He's dressed better than most (all?) of the grooms on My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding.

Now My Prerogative is in my head. And Every Little Step because they're pretty much the same song. I wonder if my co-workers will mind if I dance.

  11. Omg, those kids are adorable!

Other than that, I don't really have much else to say.

  12. Okay, since all those sweet little children are involved I'll be magnanimous and say that hopefully she's a lovely person who can keep him on the straight and narrow and they will provide a good stable home for the kids, better than what poor Bobbi Christina had.

Firstly, mentioning My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding so casually made me sooo happy (I just started watching the show and I have no one to make fun of it with because apparently my friends have either no sense of humor or too much taste, ;-)

Second, Every Little Step and My Perogative DOES sound like the same song, HAHAHA
And My Prerogative is pretty much like a time machine to me, because when it comes on the radio I am instantly transported back to a time when Bobby Brown was DAYUM fine. I watched the youtube vid of his original performance and actually drooled a little. fact.

  16. @Jasmine, I watch it with my husband but I would rather watch it with a woman. So much to mock.

  17. Now his Ghostbusters II rap is in my head, "too hot to handle, too cold to hold, they're called the Ghostbusters...."

    Those lyrics *kisses fingertips*, magnifique!

  18. Bobby Brown stayed at the hotel my dad works for in the 90s and never paid. Dad still gripes that Bobby owes him money.

  22. Enty, she's going to his shows probably because she is his manager. And the wild-haired kid Bobby is holding is theirs together, Cassius. And yes, I know way too much about Bobby Brown.
