The 30 Year Reunion

Back in 1982, five teens from Santa Barbara graduated from high school. They vowed that every five years they would get together and take the same group picture they had done that day. That they somehow managed to make it happen is amazing. That they are sharing it with the world is really cool too.

  4. Awesome!
There was also a dad who took a photo of his daughter every week, put it in video, so you could basically see her grow up, so cool!

  6. This is a really beautiful thing; enduring friendships are not something easily kept alive.

  8. I think that is so awesome. I want to do something like that one day. Like take a picture every day of my first baby for a year. Or if I get married, a picture of me and the husband on every anniversary in the same place.

  15. This is the sort of thing that puts a smile on our faces. Simple, straightforward but very life-affirming. Well done, boys.

  18. I love stuff like this. Same pose, same placement, same guys...someone should put together a time-lapse to watch them age in 8 seconds....

  28. 82' was a good year, me thinks. I also was born that year :))

And LOL at them gradually adding shirts to their attire after the first 10 years, hahaha.

The one holding the jar was a babe, me-ow.
I dont know what happened between 07' and 12' but boyfriend aged fast.

  29. This is a great idea.

My husband should have taken pictures. He and three friends have played their own week long *champion of the world* golf tourney twice a year for over 25 years.
