Woman Has Ex-Boyfriend Beaten - Smiles Big For Mugshot
I don't know what Margaux Tocci's ex-boyfriend did to her, but it must have been something serious for her to be smiling this big after being arrested for her part in his beating. Over the weekend, 19 year old Margaux called her ex and they went out. She then suggested they go park at an elementary school and take a walk. While walking, her ex was beaten by two men who took turns beating her ex with a baseball bat and a pipe. They then took his money. Somehow after beating beaten like this, her ex managed to stagger over to a house where the homeowner called the police. Police have arrested Marguax and charged her with robbery. One of the attackers was also caught and his bail was set at $100K. Look at that smile. What do you think her ex did to her?
Looked at another woman...
ReplyDeleteWhat a cunt!
ReplyDeleteWell, she's either Psycho, or he cheated, or mb happened for reals, lol. Who knows? Crazy is like a virus.
ReplyDeleteShe is really working it! Tyra would be proud.
ReplyDeleteWhatever it was , she's wrong and he's not worth what she will get.
ReplyDeleteshe's still breathing, so nothing deserving of the punishment he received.
ReplyDeleteAnyone else read that as 'Wack-off P.D.'?
ReplyDeleteFeeling juvenile today
Haha I know I did!
DeleteProbably nothing. She looks like a crazy fucking bitch.
ReplyDeleteA smile like that can only mean it was something stupid like @Hanna said, looking at another. A scared victim doesn't smile ear to ear.
ReplyDeleteYeah, not cool. Even abuse doesn't warrant more abuse in the form of revenge. Yikes.
ReplyDeleteNot sure why you would assume he did anything at all, some people are just mean
ReplyDeleteShort of stalking I don't see how it would be warranted. When I was a teen I worked at Walmart and had a stalker. He followed me home and I lived 30 minutes outside of town. At first I didn't know who it was following me cause it was 11:00 pm. A few days later he showed up in his WIFE'S car at my house. So then I knew who it was and I told him to beat feet. Took me calling my dog to get him to leave after that I would have notes left on my car saying "What's the first thing you do when you get in the car? Check your mirror." He would wait in the parking lot at night far enough away he could leave quickly and not get approached. After a few weeks of this along with him boxing me in at gas stations and trying to get me to pull over on side of road I told a few guy friends he was fair game. I had been keeping them from hurting him cause I hoped he would stop. They got him at a gas station and beat the hell out of him and slashed his tires. They told him payback was a bitch and not to look in my direction again. It worked and if I had gotten arrested I would have been smiling ear to ear. He made my life hell for 6 months and had it coming. My only regret is I didn't get a swing in on him.
ReplyDeletewell if he was her ex i would assume he dumped her and crazy here was pissed about it
ReplyDeleteHe could have pulled a KStew move on her ass….but with that smile…she definitely think the jail time she’s about to do is worth it. LOL
ReplyDeleteAww, come on Enty. This is obviously BetterOffSingle BAIT!
ReplyDeleteAhahah dj! That's so true
DeleteIt reminds me of a Judge Judy where Judy asks the contestant if it felt good. She said, "You're gonna have to pay for it, so at least I hope that you had a moment of happiness breaking this jerk's windshield. Now pay up!" Who says Judge Judy isn't compassionate?
ReplyDeleteI love Judge Judy! I was thinking of her when I said that smile shows she isn't afraid of him. So I googled to see if there's a reason bc I'm very bored and this is all I found. Yes it's stupid.
ReplyDeleteOne of her neighbors said he thinks the girl was involved in some kind of feud that involved vandalized cars at the Tocci home earlier this month.
“Somebody sprayed their cars with black paint — license plate, windows, everything. Somebody had it in for them,” Bob Rutz said.
Police said the whole thing is very perplexing, especially the young woman’s smiling mug shot as she was sent off to jail.
Why cant one smile and look one's best in a mug shot? Its already a crappy situation, must it be made worse with an unflattering photo?
DeleteIf he beat her in the past I could see arranging an ass kicking for him, BUT using a baseball bat and pipe tells me they're not very smart. They could have really hurt him and like someone else said nothing he could have done would be worth the jail time.
ReplyDeleteHoly schnikes! I'd love to know what the full story is...
ReplyDeleteShe seems to think it was worth it, me ? Well I jail just doesn't appeal to me.
ReplyDeleteMy theory: she's smiling at her new cop BF on the other side of the camera, knowing she's going to get a slap on the wrist and be done.
ReplyDeleteAs the say, never stick your dick into crazy.
ReplyDeleteThis is horrible! Oh my god...
ReplyDelete@Em - there's literally a country song with that exact storyline - think it's called Crime of Passion.
ReplyDeleteYup, "Crime of Passion", by Ricky Van Shelton. I feel a little sad that I know that.
ReplyDeleteLet me start with the fact that I am not condoning said event... That being said, I once had the opportunity to do the same thing, my ex had been an abuser, a liar, a cheater, and the mother of all scumbags, he molested his cousin. Once all of these things came to light, I had to do a lot of fast talking to get my guy friends NOT to hurt him. Luckily, I had enough sense at the time to know that it wasn't worth my friends getting in trouble, but knowing who he was and what he had done, I'm big enough to admit that sometimes I wish I had let them. Just thought I would share. And p.s., we definitely did help to get him arrested for the molestation!
ReplyDeleteGood job @honeykatt!!! You didn't allow yourself to sink to his level and can still be proud of yourself.
ReplyDeleteUsually when a person has been shady they don't go for walks in the park with you. This guy had to have been super naive or something...
ReplyDeleteMaybe he gave her the gift that keeps on giving...(herpes)
She does look loopy, maybe she was just mad he dumped her...Who knows why people do the crazy things they do...
ReplyDeleteHmm, we're only getting one side of the story. Yeah, what she did sounds pretty horrible, but what did he do to her? There are a lot of guys and gals who are pretty horrid.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry...but he could not have done anything that bad to her to have deserved that.
ReplyDeleteshe's a sociopath.
ReplyDeleteThink they'll use the temporary insanity defense ?
ReplyDeleteshe is definitely smizing!!
ReplyDeleteWell, I agree with the commenter above who had a stalker. That's a self-defence situation. Otherwise, man - hell hath no fury...
ReplyDelete@Frufra, thank you. I learn something new every day...
ReplyDeleteSo weird that's the town I live in! Don't know the people involved though.
ReplyDeleteFunny observation.. Anytime there is mention of male on female violence: no matter the circumstance, there is such an outcry condemning the act. Even when it is merely a glass of water being thrown on said woman. Conversely, and this is not the first time. Some bat shit crazy woman hits or has attacked, some guy.. And a number of post appear wondering what horrible thing the man did to deserve it.
ReplyDeleteAs for our stalker victim who took justice into her own hands.. Congrats, you made yourself a criminal. Nowhere in your story do you mention involving law enforcement and their failure to assist you. From your story the only criminal act mentioned was committed by you. For all we know the guy was just an akward idiot trying to get your attention. Doubtful but since you instead of following rules of society instead chose violence wel'll never know.
Actually I did involve the police. My relative is the sheriff and I spoke with him and he had officers patrol the parking lot when I would get off work and they ran him off a few times. But stalking is something very hard to prove. And because there was no documented violence or threats I couldn't get a restraining order. And nobody saw him cut my tires so the officer couldn't do anything about that either. When you get pushed too far and too often you eventually push back. I was 16 and having to hide from a 30 something dictating my life. I was scared to go to work or anywhere in public. The beating was a last resort.
DeleteOh and my employer Walmart even was aware and knew it was a problem. The manager actually had a meeting about it with all the cashiers and front desk people. He was asked to leave the store multiple times by managers. I had "awkward idiots" too and after telling them a few times I wasn't interested and was also underage they backed off. So yeah, I think I know the difference between being socially awkward and a bunny boiler.
DeleteClearlyDisturbed: Clearly, u've never been stalked. As one who has and who went the law enforcement route, let me set you, and anyone else who thinks that's the way to go: don't bother.
ReplyDeleteLaw enforcement can't do a thing unless your stalker commits an illegal act. He can call you, leave notes on your car, follow you through the park as you go for a run, threaten to hack you to bits and leave you bloody....whatevs, as long as he doesn't TOUCH you, it's all good.
Even if law enforcement decides to prosecute (good luck with that) the penalties are so weak, it's almost not worth it because you can just picture a seriously pissed off stalker dude coming after you.
Congrats, bobbi, it's not how I handled the situation, but I think you probably got better results.
She knows the American criminal system is a joke. If theis is her first serious offense, she is looking at maybe 6 months. The guys that did the actual beating maybe a year.
ReplyDelete@ClearlyDisturbed
ReplyDeleteI've been stalked, and my husband has been stalked. Law enforcement will not help you unless you get physically hurt, then it's your fault for not acting sooner. It's a no win situation. On top of that, there are people who abuse the stalker laws in my state.
I live in California with strict stalker laws, but they are hard to enforce.
Stalking takes a psychological toll on the person. My husband has major paranoia with just reason. He got restraining orders and everything, but she persisted anyway. She just didn't care.
That's why I reserve judgement on this situation. I don't know what this guy did. I doubt think what she did was right, but who knows what the guy was doing to her either.
Yes I have been stalked. To the point of needing an escort to and from my car and having to park on different levels daily. My response stated that she did not mention being failed by law nforcement not the they would help. As much as I hated being stalked.. The issue is that much of what they do is not illegal. I'm just curious if this they new accepted manner of dealing with stalkers is on here... As the follow up post seem to indicate, let's not forget that a large percentage of stalkers are women. For the woman that stalked me at restaurants, introduced herself to my dates at the table, brought flowers daily to my office and demanded to deliver them in person etc.. Should I have just gotten a few friends with a bat and pipe to beat the shit out of her? That'd be cool? Like I said in first post.. I have seen people go apeshit for someone dumping a glass a water on a woman in a bar. If I remember correctly the woman instigated the conflict as well.
ReplyDeleteI still can't get any update about what caused this. Her 50k bond was posted by her parents. Her father is either : #1 a retired cop or #2 a contractor with mob contacts ; she is #1 adopted or #2 not adopted. The area she lives in is wealthy, that much I know.
ReplyDelete@ClearlyDisturbed
ReplyDeleteDid engaging law enforcement get the stalker to leave you alone? If that is the case, then it worked for you.
If it did not, then you would have to live with the stalking. Some people don't want to live with the stalking.
I'd love to know why she thought this was necessary- wow
ReplyDeleteIs ClearlyDisturbed friends with BetterOffSingle? I just noticed the same capital letter pattern in their names.
ReplyDeleteif he hurt her children; i think the smile is appropriate. one of my kids has been thrown across the room by her dad (arm broken) told she was fat, worthless, stupid, a pain in the ass, beyond saving (no idea what that means). i have her directly from a visit with her dad to the ER twice, to her therapists 3 times. it goes on and on.
ReplyDeletenot judging until i know the story. what's the line from "throw momma from the train"? yeah, that.
She's either crazy or he used to beat her up and she wanted to get even. & if that was the case I don't know how i feel about it...
