Chad Johnson Arrested For Domestic Violence

Chad Ochocinco Johnson was arrested last night for domestic violence against Evelyn Lozada. Apparently Chad had the nerve to be cheating on Basketball Wives' Evelyn after only being married a month. Evelyn found a receipt for condoms in the couple's in the center of a car they own. After Chad's story of them being football related for water balloon pranks against rookies failed, he then decided to head butt Evelyn about it who called police and Chad was arrested. Evelyn needed stitches and will need a good divorce lawyer. If she goes through with divorcing Chad, this would be the shortest celebrity marriage of the new year. I'm fairly sure we can see now why Cheryl Burke said buh bye to Chad.

  1. At least he was using condoms.

    What a douchetard.

  2. He and Chris Brown would get along well. What a dickbag.

  3. He came into the hotel I worked at once in 2007. I kept his locker rental form. I have an Ochocinco jersey basically just for real-life trolling purposes. Now everybody in Cincy is gonna be prattling on about this for weeks. I already don't care.

  4. Wow. A triple threat-cheater, abuser and a DUMMY!

  5. Ouch re head butt! What a loser!

  6. Pig. Life’s too short to spend time with an abuser. But there’ll probably be another blond arriving in..........

  7. Ok, busted by a receipt, huh? So dumb. Is this just a male problem - careless with incriminating evidence - or what? My husband leaves a trail of clues, like receipts, also, and is positively stunned when I know what he did yesterday based on them. He just does ordinary stuff, like go to lunch or whatever, nothing sketchy at all, but if he WAS being bad, I'd know by laundry day at the latest :-).

In my case, it's hilarious because Mr. Frufra's job is to collect evidence to get people thrown in prison. I guess I should be thankful that he has nothing to hide :-).

But, cheaters, take heed - throw away your receipts, idiots!!

    1. I love your husbands job! He sounds like he would be uber cool to talk to.

    2. Same with my husband :) The stuff I find in his pockets when doing laundry tells the story of his week.

  8. I doubt women fall in love with pro athletes for their monogamous personalities. This doesn't in any way excuse the pro athlete for head-butting his wife. Nothing excuses that. As the dolt will learn when he gets his divorce papers.

  9. I hope he doesn't get drop from the Dolphins...he should have saved that energy on the football field

  10. Ohhhhh snap! I am sure Jennifer from basketballwives is laughing her ass of right now. Once a douche bag cheater always a douche bag cheater. She had already caught him at dinner with chics in FL. What made her think putting a ring on it would change jack shit? Now the physical abuse... That is a whole nothing snake. He is an ass and should get atleast 6months jail time, but that would never happen.

  11. Seriously, why do these guys bother to get married? They KNOW they're going to cheat - why put someone else's heart on the line - not to mention the cost of a divorce.

  12. She should have known. I'm sure her friends told her but no, she had to have him. His last girlfriend dumped him for that same reason. Ladies we need to start picking better men.

  13. Nice....whatever...no shocker.

I am DYING over your comments. I'm sure a lot of wives/significant others can relate, but the fact that Mr. Frufa was a cop makes it that much funnier. My husband is one of the smartest guys around, but he is an absolute moron when it comes to "hiding the evidence". Receipts, lighters (when he wasn't supposed to be smoking), candy wrappers (not supposed to be eating chewy candy with his bottom teeth braces) etc. The truth comes out on laundry day!

  15. You're blaming her kim? Seriously??
Frufra (no offense, I adore you) I would NOT let my SO know I was checking up on him. He would be the first to set up a way I couldn't. Kind of like how kids have 2 fb accounts (one parents can see, one they can't) just pointing that out.

Not that I *cough* check up on my bf or anything but I can tell you his co-workers love to text him about picking up those stupid monster drinks on his way to work.

    1. I could be wrong but I think Kim meant the cheating.

  16. I am not sure how I feel about this sense I don't care for either one it could have been an accident or actual abuse but I'm more surprised she called the police since she didn't think Jenn should.

  17. I don't know much about this guy except from DWTS but he seems like quite a tool.

Cheryl just probably had a new partner to sleep with. It's what she does.

  18. While this situation is deplorable; on a lighter note, I wanted to thank you all for your entertaining comments. After visiting another site, and reading this same story, I was dismayed and actually angered by the ridiculous comments on said site. Having lurked around THIS site for a while, I have come to appreciate the banter among the regular commenters. While the occasional snark ensues, it is rare, and mostly everyone is respectful. So, thanks Enty and you commenters for helping me find a source for my daily dose of escapism.

    1. Welcome! This is a great group of people. I have never found a site where I check it's so much and read through the entire comment section. Half the time I got back just to see new comments or to check up on a convo. Have a fabulous Sunday!

  19. I love Jennifer Williams passionately (she's dating the lovely Maxwell right now, that ... lovely lady) -- and I remember Jennifer saying to Evil-lynne, "Why don't you stop worrying about my vagina and start worrying about your own?" Ah, those Basketball Wives. They're like Housewives with a richer vocabulary and more beauty. Anyway, Evalin (sp?) was originally one of my loves, but she turned skeevy quick last season. She went into that fake marriage knowing he would be having sex with other people, then she blew up at Jennifer for saying as much, and now this. I don't blame her for the violence, though. I blame Evil-skeev for being such an evil skeev, though.

  21. Has anyone seen this chick in action? I saw a clip of her and Mr Ocho on HBO's Hard Knocks and she just came off as a money-grubbing gold digger. Chad was like, she uses sex to motivate hime to do better...he didn't do as well as she thought he should have then she cuts off the sex. Apparently she was putting out little last year. Now she has the ring and what sounded like an accidental head bump (who hasn't) and now it's money time.

I totally agree. I think my husband wonders why I'm always hopping on CDaN when I have down time, but this place is kind of like my book club (uh, without the books). My friends and I all have really young kids, so it's nearly impossible to complete a full sentence without having to break up an argument, change a diaper, refill a milk cup etc. When I'm here, I feel like I'm actually participating in a conversation and having a few laughs.
    Oh, and welcome!

  23. @Barton, word! Wasn't she filmed saying she was well aware of groupies and told him to be sure to use condoms?

Not that that statement nullifies domestic violence at all, but that chick is obnoxious, and I think there is much more to the story than this. Once again, not justifying anything, but she is a biyatch and a golddigger. And SHE wants to get pregnant stat....no doubt to lock in the subsequent income for the rest of her life.

He is completely an obnoxious showy tool, but in general, this situation seems out of character for him. Sad.

  24. I dont know why cheaters get married. It never works out. Stay single and screw your head iff, no harm, no foul.

  25. I'm not blaming her! He should be in jail for that bullcrap! You ain't no man if you put hands on a woman! I'm saying that she know he was no good and should have stayed clear. When you got clues and people telling you that he's a d*ck..... Just saying.

  26. @ABlake - thanks for the compliment - you're a doll :-). And welcome, wiredandbaked. This is the only blog/site I comment on, and my hands-down favorite. I like Enty, but I love the regulars who have become friends! It's a one-of-a-kind place :-). (Sunny, I'm tring hard to cut down on my smiley faces, but I can't seem to control myself!!)

And A, I have to add to your comment; I wouldn't say I'm snooping, per se, but I have to look at the junk in pockets before I throw it away, right?

And you should know; I'm all in with this man. I decided a LONG time ago that I would give him my trust and my whole heart, and it was the best thing I've ever done. It was hard for me to do - I grew up in a very dysfunctional home, and didn't know what unconditional love was, but I know now :-).

We have friends (of course) who have shocked everyone with betrayal and divorce, and I know that won't happen to us. But, I have told my husband, when it comes up, that the shock of betrayal would probably kill me, or at least land me in the hospital, so he needs to keep that in mind.

" No pressure, dude, but your cheating will kill me dead, and then you'll have to raise these kids alone, or with that skank who's probably a terrible role model, and an even worse cook." It hurts his feelings when I bring it up, but I think it needs to be said about once a year, just to keep it out there :-). Unconditional love, plus a tiny pinch of scared straight = the secret to a successful marriage.

I love your stories, Frufa. You should pen a smart rom-com for (almost) 40 somethings like me. I'm glad you have a man who deserves you.

      Yeah, I can't do it. I'm glad you have a man who deserves you!!! :) :) :)

    2. I second Sunny. Frufra, you're a great writer. Please write us a rom-com.

  27. These are people I would never take a story at face value. She is CRAZY, and for some reason it wouldn't surprise me if she hit her head on a wall and ran out of the house screaming to garner public sympathy. He's a nutjob in his own right, so there's that too. I'm just saying don't assume that this is the whole story.

  28. I'm with you whocaresnow. Maybe I've missed it but I don't know of any history of Chad being an abuser. An asshole? Sure. Abuser? No. Now Evelyn? That bitch has a hard core history of fighting. Throwing bottles at people's heads, getting in fist fights, etc. That bitch is nuts and violent.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I have a sneaky suspicion that by the end of the week it'll be made known she head butted a wall and then ran out of the house. When he was leaving jail, in the video I saw, he had no head lacerations or evidence of hitting anything with his head.

  30. @whocaresnow12: I agree.
@Frufra: Thanks :o) (That smiley was just for you). I get the checking pockets and I love your yearly conversation. My 1st husband cheated on me while I was pregnant and subsequently left. My current hubby is amazing and completely put up with my pocket checking. I've finally worked through my issues (TOTALLY NOT implying that you have any) and am comfortable enough to only do it when there's a loud clanking in the dryer.
@smashbash: Thanks! Enjoy the rest of your Sunday -- mine is winding down here on the East coast.
@AuntLiddy: My 1st husband still hasn't learned that lesson. At least it's not my problem anymore (unless and until it starts to affect the kiddo we have together).
@Sunny: Thank you! I can totally relate to having young kids and trying to have a conversation. My youngest is currently belting out the "ABC" song...next time won't you song with meeeeeeeeee.
@cleodacat: ironinc that they'd be on a show called "Hard Knocks", no?

  31. @Frufra I have never commented before but your last post absolutely kills me :-) I have told my husband the same thing. He knows he better stay on the straight and narrow or he will stuck raising our two wonderful and very active little boys all by himself! And Ps. I love smokey faces :-) Exclamation points! And eclipses too... thanks for the smiles guys.

  33. Ok I don't want to sound like I condone head butting, i think its gonna fall in the I wanted to subdue her without hitting thing..

But 1...didn't she say he could cheat? why would she argue over condoms, u condoned it, don't get mad now boo
2...isn't she a known mouthy get in your face type chick?
3.....I wonder if they will stay together and go see dr drew? Lol they're both big time attention seekers and that damn chad is so sexy, it's sad to see that chocolate goodness wasted on a fool that'll do anything to be seen or do anything for money

  36. Really! What an interesting day. Two things I thought I'd never see!

I'm bummed I missed this convo. I love you girls too. This is the only blog I read and comment on. It's for the community of friends, not so much Enty's writing skills. Big hug to everyone.

  37. I agree with (what kim butler said here. If all the clues are there, women shouldn't disregard them. I think women in general have the wonderful ability to "look for the best and ignore all the rest," but in choosing a life partner, women need to review all known information and choose wisely. It's our own happiness and stability on the line. Don't throw away your soul on a guy you knew wasn't worth it.

And like others here, I like the comments and commenters more than the subject matter, every day.

  38. Glad I came back here this morning - you all know how to make a girl feel good!! Thanks, you guys :-).

I am shocked by your comments, by the way, as I consider myself to be good at a number of things, but writing isn't one of them. Hmmm. Must consider a writing workshop :-). Waaahhh - sounds really hard -
