Let me try and straighten out this whole recent Lindsay Lohan drama for you and see if we can figure out what happened and who she is sleeping with and why she is hanging out with Suge Knight's kid.
August 19th - Lindsay spends the night at Sam Magid's house. Sam is a very rich man. Nothing new for Lindsay there as she is a frequent visitor to his house, you know, for just hanging out one on one. The guy was having a party. Lindsay brought her assistant and two guys with her, one of whom is Suge Knight's son.
August 20th - Magid wakes up and has $100K worth of jewels missing. Since Lindsay was not as nice to him as she could have been he calls the police. During the party the night before, Lindsay had smuggled two high dollar pieces of jewelry in her t-shirt which she was no longer wearing and given them to Suge Knight's son and his friend. She told them she would bring them more.
August 21st - Lindsay flies to New York after blowing off police. The police name her a person of interest. Apparently the story fed to the public is that the two guys were the ones responsible and Lindsay blames the media for making things up. Later she says she was framed by Suge Knight's son.
August 22-24 - Lindsay moves from person of interest to suspect, but at the same time she is also speaking to Magid because she is going to need some money soon because Chateau Marmont is calling her every five minutes to pay the $46,000 she owes them which she walked out on and which has now got her banned. She tells Magid that while at his house she was on Ambien to make the sex better and is a little hazy about what happened but says she hid a lot of his jewelry so it would not get stolen.
August 25-27 - Lindsay tells Suge Knight's son and his friend to return everything to Magid. They do so. Police turn over evidence to District Attorney. Magid tells police he has everything and does not want to press charges.
August 28 - District Attorney says there is not enough evidence to proceed and Magid says that what is his is Lindsay's so there could be no theft. Lindsay then hires moving truck to clean out his house and is having a huge garage sale this weekend. She also asks him for $50K to pay bill at Marmont.
I'll pay Suge good money to off this bitch. So fucking tired of her.

Here's a bit: Los Angeles Police Department detectives had presented evidence to prosecutors Tuesday after several days of investigation identifying Lohan as well as Gavin Lawrence Doyle and Andrew Nicholas Payan as suspects in the case.
Also, not sure if she really spent the night there, because of this:
A security guard interviewed by police said that at 2 a.m. that morning Lohan came to the home and wanted to enter it to speak with Magid. She was told she could not come in and asked the guard if Magid was in the home with "some other girl."
I tried to google Sam Magid and got nothing. Anybody know is this guy and why he's so wealthy?

The guy who broke into my house, held me at knife point and tried to rape me should have been in jail serving a two year sentence for a previous crime but he was released just six months later. Had he not been released early I wouldn't have been anywhere close to that address by the time he got out and he wouldn't have been able to find me.

ReplyDeleteThat was a straight-up burglary/home invasion. Independent witnesses. No wonder the detectives wanted to go ahead. Are they really dropping the charges, though? I haven't seen a definitive answer anywhere.

Libby - one of the posts that the LA Times had up last night, which they may have amended, came from the police report. Apparently the guard told cops that Lindsay came back at 2:45 am, screaming "is he in there f*cking some other girl?" That is so typical.

Chateau Marmont could have simply filed defrauding an innkeeper charges against but foolishly thought embarrassing her publicly would make her pay the bill. Sociopaths don't play that game they can't feel embarrassment, shame or empathy. She can steal, but she could also kill and feel no remorse either. She's dangerous.

This is never going to end. I long for 2006 when I didn't know who she was. I hadn't watched tv since the OJ fiasco and started back at the end of 2006.
