Real Life 50 Shades Of Grey Gets Out Of Control

First of all, want you to look at the guy in the photo above. He is 53. he looks damn good for 53. Maybe I need to start doing this 50 Shades Of Grey thing. The woman on the left was his live in slave. Every morning her day would start with the guy giving her a good whipping. She loved it. What she didn't love according to The NY Post was her master cheating on her with other women. When the 27 year old Frankie Santiago discovered the 53 year old Edward Sonderling was cheating on her she sent him dozens of texts threatening him and destroyed the windshield on his car. Frankie was arrested after a huge fight with her former master at the apartment they shared. She was charged with stalking, aggravated harassment and criminal mischief. I think this story is interesting, but things happen like this all the time. This is interesting because of the whole 50 Shades Of Grey rage in the world right now and because the pair are good looking. They had been together for three years and were regulars in the BDSM scene and she flew into a rage when she saw airline tickets that had her replacement's name on them.

  1. He looks like a pervier, tanner more 80's hair-bandier version of Tim Roth.

  2. Just like a man. He had a good thing then he blew it.

  3. Bet that wasn't in the contract.

  4. If she lived with him, how was she stalking and harassing him?

  5. I’m sick of this 50 shades of bullshit nonsense. The author is probably an elderly virgin who lives with a dozen cats in a basement flat.

  6. There is no way that guy is 53.

  7. What is he doing with his left hand there?

    1. It looks like he is poking another girls leg with a twizzle from his drink.

  8. The only comment I have about this is that there is no way that guy is 53; I could maybe believe that it was a typo and he's 35 though.

  9. these people are really out with their sexuality, i'll give them that. did anyone get a peek at his public (now taken down) myspace yesterday??

  10. Wait. As a sub, she's totally out of line.

billybob, ITA. I was in Target the other day and an end cap AT THE REGISTERS was completely filled with copies of 50 Shades. Ugh.

  12. @billybob Don't know about the cats, but E.L. James is married with two kids and she used to be a TV exec.

  13. Hahaha...Amber. Her terms of employment state clearly-you do as you are told or you WON’T get the spanking you were due. I bet you felt grubby seeing all those book copies in Target. YUK! Hey Frufra...how are you across the pond? Greetings from Blighty! I’m afraid to look at the pic and see what his hand is ‘doing’. ARGH!

  14. Oh wait I didn't agree with the second part of billybob's statement. I got distracted and stopped reading after the "I'm sick of..." portion.

  15. Slim, a "sub" is a Submissive. It is the person who is dominated and "slave" to the Master.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Hey Coriander......dang....my theory is kaput hahaha. It sounds like the crap I would write when I was 14....and still a virgin with absolutely no idea of sex. I was no Miss Whiplash!

  17. From the Post article:

"Sonderling chronicles his escapades, which have taken him around the world, in dozens of pictures on his MySpace page."

Forget the cheating. He was still updating his myspace? I would have dumped him just for that.

  18. I'm nearly finished with the third book and this will be my second time reading the series. I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything the first time.

  19. Oh boy. Another broken heart.

  20. @Amber--thanks and yikes.

  21. 50 Shades pales in comparison to Anne L Roquelare's The Sleeping Beauty Trilogy. That's Anne Rice, BTW, and it's SERIOUS master/slave/porn. She doesn't dick around, pun intended. And it's AWESOME. Had to read it for a women's studies class and nearly flunked because I wouldn't tell the professor I hated it and it typified male stereotypes- it was porn! And I loved it!

    1. I read those many years ago. They shadow 50 shades in comparison.

    2. I read those years ago as well, but I remember them being very, gay pornish.

  22. Sounds like she wasn't a real sub, just playing one to make her boyfriend happy.

  23. I believe he's 53. he also looks like Anthony Kiedis.

I am going to pretend this is about Anthony Kiedis.

  24. My bf is 52 and looks nothing like that... not sure I buy that he's 53 (or that it's not a 20 year old pic).

It's pretty sad how big the 50 shades thing has gotten--I am embarrassed for all the folks who think it's the hottest thing they've ever seen. The excerpts I've read are laughably awful and not even sexy. This is Twilight fan fiction, people. Wake up!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Maja - I thought he looked like Anthony Kiedis, too. Now that's probably what I'll think of when I see them in October.

    ReplyDelete
  26. @Maja..Excellent. Apparently he thinks of himself as more of a Mick Jagger according to news reports.
My husband's body looks like that but not his face or his hair. Apparently though, he really IS 53and he's an investment banker too.

  27. I read the Anne Rice/ Rolequere trilogy. I agree, its wonderful, and very steamy! Do you like playing horsie?

    ReplyDelete
  28. I am proud to say I haven't read the books, and I sure as heck don't plan on reading them!

But then again lately, erotica for me has been "Woohooo! kids at Grandmama's I can sleep nekked with the hubby"

  29. He can be held to relationship boundaries outside their dom/sub sexual, uh, relationship. Giving yourself to your honey as a sub is not a license for him to cheat. Rather the opposite, although it's true that a lot of BDSM couples don't expect each other to be monogamous.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I read those sleeping beauty books too, all I remember is the slave game of running around collecting metals balls with their assholes. Good times!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Being an Anne Rice fan I've read her trilogy, now that lady can write!

I'm having trouble believing this guy is 53. Are subs allowed to get feisty?

    ReplyDelete
  32. That guy looks pretty amazing, not my type though. The "slave", well seems like she thought the relationship was something it wasn't.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Great, now these MFers are gonna get invited to be on news shows/talk shows, then on reality shows. WE'VE CREATED MORE POINTLESS FAMEWHORES!

    ReplyDelete
  34. @billybob Sorry to be THAT person, lol. It was a lovely theory though. :)

AN Rocquelare's trilogy is hardcore. I couldn't get past the first chapter before I threw it at the wall in frustration, lol.

    <-- is wild woman.

    ReplyDelete
  35. this sort of stories existed before the book

    ReplyDelete
  36. @ Maja, ha, I thought he looked like Anthony Kiedis also!

    ReplyDelete
  37. @FrenchGirl - yes, it says they had been living together with their relationship/arrangement for three years. So at least they weren't inspired by the book.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I googled, hes not as good looking in other pictures but hes still not bad for his age. The girl posted on her facebook that %80 of its not true but thanks everyone for turning her into a rock star and offering autographs.

  39. To be fair, I don't think people realize how hard it is to find a good Master. I'm kidding - my life is boring because I can't even with this stuff.

As far as '50 Shades of Grey' - I refuse to read this. Maybe I'm wrong, but anything inspired by the insipid 'Twilight' cannot possibly be good erotica. Not to mention that some women are probably going to subject themselves into doing things aren't comfortable with at all just to please their man.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I'm not saying BDSM is bad where consenting adults are concerned. The drama aside from that in this story is what I can't understand.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I also thought it looked a helluva lot like Kiedis.

And if Kiedis and Iggy Pop can look the way they do (having abused their bodies the way they did in their younger years), I can believe that this guy is 53.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Assholes and heroes exist in and outside of the BDSM community.

The publicity surrounding "Fifty Shades" has, unfortunately, highlighted the assholes more than it has the heroes.

    Let "Fifty Shades" die!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Frufra - Oh my! Was thinking the same thing.

I also thought it was Keidis.

    ReplyDelete
  44. No way is that guy 53 in that photo

    ReplyDelete
  45. Americans are over obsessed with sex. Period.

    ReplyDelete
  46. When you're into "you know what", you want to keep that ship tight, b/c doing "you know what" when floppy, isn't cute.

And yes, he looks great, physically.....but he looks pompous.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Anonymous2:31 PM

BDSM relationships are all about trust. If it wasn't established beforehand that he would/could sleep with other people then I get why she would be upset. If this was an arrangement and not a relationship then she obviously got emotionally involved when she shouldn't have.

    ReplyDelete
  48. this 50 Shades thing needs to die. the BDSM world existed way before the haggard old author even wrote this book. and shame on all the middle-aged women of the world for reading it.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Anne Rice is the Queen!!! Yeah im on the third book of 50, ive read worse lol my bf bought me the books, im not into romantic books I prefer thrillers and mysteries, bios, supernatural stuff but I dont hate 50 lol its hard for me to hate anything.

    ReplyDelete
  50. When I first saw the guy I thought he was that dr, the plastic surgeon I think he is lol I can see anthony though haha

    ReplyDelete
  51. I haven't gotten my hands on Anne Rice's Beauty series but was wondering if they were as good as her other series. Thanks for the raves about it, I know what to download after I finish The Dresden Files.
And that guy totally looks like Keidis.

  52. When I read this story this morning in the Post, I immediately went to his FB page to see what he really looked like. He looks much better in this picture and it can't be 20 years old because that would make the girl 7 and that's a hell of a make up job to make a 7 year old more mature.

    ReplyDelete
  53. @MadLyb
That was hilarious, and I'm just going to ditto the rest of your comment too

  54. I refuse to read anything marketed as 'mommy porn'. I have a mom!

I'll made do with regular porn, thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  55. add me to the I can't believe he's 53 group.

    ReplyDelete
  56. He looks young because of the angle. He's not that good-looking in the Daily Mail photos. He got a nice and fit body though.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Don't read the Sleeping Beauty series expecting anything like Anne Rice's other books. I read the first one and by the end it was just boring. Oh, let me guess, another spanking. Yawn.

    ReplyDelete
  58. I firmly believe if you can buy in in a walmart, it'd not erotica! As for sleeping beauty, I read the first one free online and as long as it was the actual one, I hated it. So much rape! I thought a true bdsm relationship was consentual! I could be wrong cause it's not my thing, but I didn't think it included being forcibly raped?

    ReplyDelete
  59. yeah he looks sleazy, but he does not look 53, this after reading today is old madge's 53rd bday...i bet she would make this guy her slave to learn his tricks of the fountain of eternal youth. those two can drink each others blood and perform rituals/

    ReplyDelete
  60. Who knew that a women's low self-esteem held the secret of eternal youth.
