Stephanie Pratt's Boyfriend Runs Over A Policeman

Want to see what happens when the owner of a really expensive car wants to go back to a hotel with washed up reality star Stephanie Pratt? He runs over the foot of a policeman writing him a parking ticket and gets handcuffed and sent to jail.

  1. Ah, flashbacks to "He's like totally not being nice to his sister, I am so sure, it's like, he's mad at her or something, and that's just so totally unfair, cuz whatever she did, it's like, over, oh, vee, are, over, and he's just being such a jerk, I'm sure." That was a good year.

  2. My favorite part is the police putting the cones around him. How long was he actually on the ground? And how many officers had to come to the scene before the guy could be put in the squad car?

    2. *hanging head in shame*

She is the younger sister of Spencer Pratt, of 'Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt' fame.

I'm going to go do something worthwhile with my life now (not really).

  5. as a new yorker,I assure you, you do not mess with the NYPD. They don't care who you think you are they will take you down. Should of just taken the ticket and not try to drive off.

    This ain't LA little boy.

  6. I watched the Hills. SP sure has changed, she's very thin now.

What an ass. Why in the world would you try to drive away while a cop is ticketing you? Does that seem like a good idea?

  7. What a waste of a fine automobile! I want that car!

And why in NYC, you'd never get out of first gear. Total idiot.

  9. Way to make a $50.00 ticket into $100,000 worth of misery. Battery on a police officer? Resisting arrest? What a nozzle.

  10. assault and battery with a deadly weapon, the list of felonies is endless. and there is the video as evidence.

I have to say, watching this video made me happier than it should have. I too love entitled little brats getting their comeuppance. I guess that shiny red car that daddy bought you didn't impress anyone this time, did it little rich boy?

  11. I googles this and it turns out to be dumber than I first suspected.

All the guy had to do was explain to the cop the car was zoned by the hotel to be there. That is why the cones were there for his car. Instead of pretending the cop wasn't there and trying to drive off. Becuase he is too good to have to speak to a cop. Honestly, if you are cool with the NYPD they will be cool with you.

So one obnoxious move just put him in a world of trouble. Below is a link on it (finally figured out how to make it clicky!)

  15. That's the diff between the NYPD and the LAPD. LA cops would have given him a free pass.

  16. What a dipshit. If I were Stephanie, I'd let his ass sit in jail a while.

Did they tell him to stay down on the ground or is he trying to act injured?

  17. Mmmm.. Posted something but it does not show.. Anyway, @djphob, I think he is trying to regain consciousness after they tasered his a$$!

  18. I hope the officers foot is ok! What a douchenozzle!

That being said, I kinda wondered if the amount of force to yank him out of the car was a tad bit excessive. I only bring it up because a dipsh*@t like that guy might use it to contest charges. I sure hope not!

  19. Yes, he(whoever he is) is a dipshit and, yes, the cop used excessive force. Bottomline.

  20. The cop was WAY over the line (and he definitely PUT his foot I front of the tire -- I'm not convinced it was actually run over).

I'm all for this guy getting into trouble but am seriously disturbed by this cops inability to control his temper. Isn't that an important part of the job??

  21. As someone who just seriously injured their foot, I can tell you it is such a mixture of rage and pain I can see the reason for the force. That being said. He is a cop first and a emotional person second, he was acting on impulse and emotion versus logic.

It looked to me like the cop was far enough away to no have his foot run over. But then he steps closer to the car like he is trying to stop the guy from moving. I don't think it should be assault with a deadly weapon and it didn't look like he resisted arrest to me. Yes he should be punished and fined heavily. But seriously, there are much worse people in the world who need to be in a jail cell and remember we as tax payers end up paying for him to sit in jail.

  22. He wasn't resisting arrest? Yes he was! he blatantly ignored the policeman's directives to stop, ran over his damn foot then pulled himself back into the car and held on to the steering wheel instead of getting out of the car. He is then removed from the car, put on the trunk - kicks out his back leg which is grabbed and he is lowered to the ground.

Let a car run over your foot and lets see what happens PLUS that cop had no idea if there was a weapon in the car as this douchebag leans over, away from the cop ... Woul d you all prefer he kiss his ass and play pattycake with him? GAAAAHHHH! Seriously - do you all know what cops in NYC go thru on a daily basis? Rant Done. Sorry - but this pissed me off - excessive force would have been cracking him on the skull with the butt of a gun. Douchebag was lucky!

  23. Im not a member of the NYPD but have lived here my entire life and have a few friends on the force... This guy deserves punishment, for sure but the safety of the officer, the driver and the huge crowd around him is the responsibility of the officer... He failed miserably at diffusing the situation and in fact, I think he totally exacerbated it.

  24. Who wants to bet the car was a rental and the douche didn't even know how to set the parking break? bahahaha

    ReplyDelete
  25. I am usually against the police but I don't think excessive force was used. He told him to get out of the car and he didn't--so they made him. Did they taser him though? I didn't see any tasering. If they tasered him, then I don't approve of that. But you can't eff around like that, the cop has no idea what sort of person he is.

  26. It sure looked like that guy was cruising' for a bruising. Who here has been ticketed in their car and thought to drive off with the officer standing at the car still?! What a maroon. Dude's not gonna hand fun sitting in NY jail. At all.

Also: Is ShePratt back on meth? Her legs are toothpicks.

  27. Rich guys can be such douchebags.

  28. WHAT?!?!

The cop was an A hole. He moved twice and right in front of him and his car. He wasn't being detained until he SUPPOSEDLY ran over the cops foot..... which he put there!!! Classic cops

    Watch it again.

    1. @Adam I watched it a few times. The cop was clearly not out of the way and told him to stop several times. When he opened the door, he told him to get out several times. He resisted even after force was applied; the cops weren't the a-holes. I almost NEVER side with cops but this is cut and dry for me. UNLESS they tasered him, which I did not see in the video.

  30. what an idiot. there was no way he didn't know he was gonna run over the officer's foot. i never liked stephanie on the hills, but it sucks her name has to be dragged through the mud cause her boyfriend was being an dumbass.

    ReplyDelete
  31. That's idiotic to be blaming the cop for excessive use of force. Let's see how you react when someone purposely runs over your foot. I'm sure you'll shower them with love and kisses.

    ReplyDelete
  32. That cop will get fired and suted for brutality. He did not need to move to the front of the car. You can drive off when someone is writing you a ticket. The cops can mail that to you. The cop stepped in front of a moving vehicle and thaty's what the rich guy's attorneys will say. Cops are pretty dumb.

    ReplyDelete
  33. The cop moved in front of the car to prevent him from driving off. What normal person would run over a cop in broad daylight in a crowded street? I don't think he actually ran over the foot, but nicked it a tad. Doesn't matter, though, the cop was right to arrest him. He played chicken with the wrong guy. What an ass!
