WHICH Latina actress has gone so Hollywood that she claims she’s forgotten how to be Mexican? The sexy star – she still has a heavy accent – has infuriated so many people in Latin America that there’s rumblings about boycotting her films!
Salma Hayek - I can see this being her because she's been in Hollywood for so long and she married to a French man (the French are notoriously pompous, in a good way ;)). So I could see how being absorbed in the elite European crowd could taint her willingness to admit her heritage.
Not that it's okay, just an explanation why it thinks it her.

@Nerners- Mexican is a self -identified ethnicity as well as a nationality. Salma was born and raised in Mexico and is 100% Mexican regardless of her father's Lebanese background. A large percentage of people in Mexico have European ancestry. There are many ethnic groups within Mexico, as well. There some have no spanish or indiginous anscestry at all...
I don't care how she meant it. It is a stupid thing to say. Iman has never said, "You know, I don't even remember how to be a Somalian." Selma made a movie about Frida Kahlo for God's sake. Now she forgets how to be a Mexican? She has said other annoying things since marrying that philandering billionaire, too, stuff about how great it is to be rich and fly all around in private jets. She's turned into a female douchebag.
This is the epitome of a lazy blind from NE. It was published before! How can it be a blind? Salma saying this is like if Johnny Depp said he doesn't remember being an American. How do you forget who you are? She started her career there, its not like she left the country as a child. What an asshole!

She also said in the article how having a wonderful husband was better than winning an Oscar. You know , the wonderful husband who Impregnated a model when he and Salma first started dating. She just needs to cut the Bull Shit and say " My husband is a Billionaire Bitches , and that's all I care about" !
