Blind Item #2

What celebrity couple were hoping their recent cameos on a popular network show would increase the price for baby photos of their new baby. No matter what they did, they could not get any offers above $20,000. Instead of taking that money and giving it to charity, they just posted photos of their baby for free.

  1. Nick and Vanessa Lachey????

  2. Yeah, I wondered about that when they released the first twitter photo yesterday. I don't remember seeing them via cameo, but I bet it would be on shows I do not watch (gonna guess Dancing with the Stars, supporting Drew?). Cute little son they have, though.

  5. Just wait till Megan has her baby and they find out no one cares...because that means no money.

    1. Exactly! The way they keep covering the bump with an umbrela is so obnoxious! It's like yes you are having a baby just like millions of people do. Big whoop.

  8. That totally goes in line with CDAN's reveal of Kristin a couple weeks back, doesn't it? Great job!

  9. Nick and Vanessa Lachey haven't appeared recently together on a network show as a cameo.

I don't see it being them.

They aren't the only celebrity couple that post their baby pictures online instead of selling pictures to cover of a tabloid magazine. I like it better when they share them as exciting parents.

They have a beautiful son by the way.

  11. They were in the audience last night supporting Drew on DWTS. I think it is Nick and Vnessa.I think she even made a big deal on howit was their first night away from baby.

  12. Cameo appearance and sitting in the audience supporting a relative who's competing isn't the same thing. They were there to support a family like members of the show General Hospital were supporting Kelly Monico. They weren't making a cameo appearance.

  13. The idea of Nick Lachey being considered a "celebrity" is idiotic enough. That his wife should consider herself to be one is preposterous.

Vanessa is a celebrity in her own right. She is on the ABC show Wipeout

  14. Kristin Cavilir never sold her pictures to a tabloid cover. She's been all over the place with the paparazzi taking pictures of her with her child. She posted pictures of her baby on her twitter account just like Vanessa Lachey. Different media outlets posted the pictures on their website. Including People magazine.

The blind items stateed posted "photos" as more than one. Lachey only posted one picture not several.

  15. Unless you are Brangelina, trying to get big money for baby pics is flogging a dead horse. Those days are over.

  16. I hv to say, they arent the most talented duo but they are hard workers.

  17. Yeah, stop embarassing yourselves! And enty, no one is obligated to dinate money to charity. Its nice to do, but not a must. And doesnt it say something positive that they didnt showboat and do photos for publicity? And brag about their charity donation? I call it class.

  18. Enty, I'm getting tired of you snarking when someone sells baby pictures and snarking when they don't. Pick a side and stay with it. It's nice when parents don't whore out their baby, for charity or otherwise.

  19. This post is very similar to the one when David Beckham posted pictures of Harper on FB. Charity comment and all.

  24. Honestly, when Nick and Jessica were married he was the bigger star.
Until the show aired and everyone saw how stupid Jessica was and then she became a big deal. Ew

  28. Please fix the ad situation. It takes pages forever to load, the ads run five yards deep and there are multiple hidden video ads auto-playing

  29. If it is the Lacheys I must say he is a very beautiful baby! Saw the pic yesterday and awwed over his adorableness all afternoon.
