Blind Item #5

This actor is A list as a character actor. He has been in countless television shows and movies and his name is actually probably a B+. He has some very famous friends who would probably dump him if they knew that he loved to go to the poorest of the poor regions of the world and film himself having sex with girls. They are all legal but he likes them to look really young. He also likes them to dress up like young actresses he has worked with. It is just a matter of time before people will find out what he is up to.

  1. George Clooney's bestie Richard Kind?

  2. Steve Buscemi? (I hope not!) At least they're legal, but then again, that can mean 12 in some parts of the world.

  5. i feel for the word "legal" is used very loosely here.

    1. @howtomakemesmile Yeah, I think so, too. There are some places where the age of consent is pretty damn young, and the way I read it, that's where he's going.

  6. JK Simmons? Huge IMDB resume. Oh oh or Danny Trejo?

  8. So I think it's gotta be someone connected to the Clooney/Damon/Pitt/Afflect crowd, right?

    ReplyDelete
  9. Not Kind, it says young girls.

  10. Oh, please, not JK Simmons. I just love him.

For some reason, John C. Reilly came to mind. I guess it was the "character actor" part. Buscemi is a better guess for that, though.

  11. So... Someone is having consensual sex with of-age partners? And this is shocking and terrible because...?

  12. Wait, Kind isn't into girls?! Really?

(My brother met him recently. Said he was pleasant enough, but weird as hell.)

  13. Oh my. Stephen Root?

    Gary Cole?

  14. I had no idea that one guy's name was Richard Kind. I googled him, and was like "OH THAT GUY." Huh.

  15. Steve Buscemi has his own show. He's more than a character actor. Plus he's directed some films. Trees Lounge was a great movie. (Sorry, I just love him)

    1. Chopchop, I love Buscemi as well. He directed at least one episode of The Sopranos. It was the one where they lost a Russian dude in the woods in the dead of winter. Awesome episode.

  16. Robin Williams? Hopefully not!

  17. Even if the ladies are 18 or over, sounds like the dude is taking advantage of some desperate women in horrid situations to score some bargain-basement discount prostitution prices.

    Not cool.

  18. Hey I had to google Richard Kind too! I don't think he's A-list, but he was on Curb Your Enthusiasm, that's quite the crowd.

I feel terrible if we start thinking differently of a person because of this, and it's not true. Still, I'd like to know who is such a douche.

  19. Someone who was in films with underage co-stars? That's my take away from the clue.

"also likes them to dress up like young actresses he has worked with."

  20. I have no idea what the age of consent is in other countries, but if it is legal and he is not committing a crime, why would his friends dump him? Given some of the blinds here, Hollywood is full of people with different tastes.

  21. at least they are legal i mean lol

  22. Paul Giamatti? No evidence, just throwing out names of big time character actors.

    ReplyDelete
  23. @Basil - well, technically, assuming he's an American citizen, he could still be prosecuted for traveling to another country to have sex with an underage person, regardless of whether or not that person has reached the age of consent in his or her own jurisdiction.

  24. Not related to the blind (or hopefully not related to the blind), but Richard Kind, George Clooney, and Bonnie Hunt used to be roommates in Chicago. For some reason that knowledge fills me with joy.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Probably because the legal age in these countries is 14.

    ReplyDelete
  26. There's absolutely no evidence of wrongdoing here, and everyone who's said anything specific that would be wrong has had to make stuff up that isn't in the blind.

I say again, someone is having consensual sex with someone who is legally eligible to do so. How, without making up details that aren't present in the blind, is that a bad thing?

    1. I think the point is that these girls are legal in their countries. For instance, the age of consent in Panama is 12. In Japan it is 13. It's legal where he's doing it but I think that if his friends found out they would think its sick anyway.

  27. Philip Seymour Hoffman???

  28. Mark Ruffalo was all that came to mind but even I think I'm wrong.

  29. To those who just don't get why this would be wrong: the problem is not connected with age (unless, indeed, "legal" menas e.g. 14), and the young-looking thing is just a kink.
The real problem is sexual exploitation of girls in poverty forced into prostitution by their dramatic plight. So probably his famous friends would dump him because they are the charity-connected ones like Brad, Angelina, Clooney, etc. If not because of personal disgustm, they woud dump him for the sake of their own reputation.

  30. Never never never Steve Buscemi. Never.

  34. Don Cheadle ? friends with Brad, Matt and George from the Oceans movies??

  35. Ben Kingsley's name just popped into my head.

  36. The real problem is sexual exploitation of girls in poverty forced into prostitution

Except that the blind says nothing about prostitution. It says nothing that even hints at prostitution, nor coercion, nor anything else unsavory. Commenters here are just making that up to give themselves an excuse to be outraged.

All we have from the blind is having sex with female partners who are legally entitled to consent to sex.

  37. read this as Jason Alexander...very famous friends...Seinfeld, Clooney, Richard Kind and he has directed iirc too lazy to check

  38. it may be legal, doesn't make him any less of a sick fuck.

  39. Who is the older guy who is in all the Garry Marshall movies? They would have lot of young girls in them.

  40. Woddy Harrelson is married to a woman of Asian descent too.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Oh no. I immediately thought Richard Kind, as well.

  42. LOL PuggleWug! The NJ Pine Barrens episode was a classic and hilarious!!

  43. Legal doesn't equal ethical, unfortunately.

For those who don't think that 14 is too young to be having sex with a stranger, for money, dressed up as someone else...

Would you want your sister, or other female that you are fond of, to be used in this way?

14 yr olds are children, and while their bodies may be developed, their minds are not developed enough to reason future consequences of their activities. This is why teenagers are the perfect prey for pedophiles. It is very easy to rationalize that it is consensual. Children don't have the capacity to have consensual sex, thus all the lawsuits, suicides.
